who you ask) individual town home complexes. The Sunpath, Lagoons, Northstar,
and Valhalla. Both the Sunpath and Northstar have outdoor pools and hot tubs
(open in the winter). The Valhalla has an outdoor hot tub .....more

are no elevator at the Northstar. To access the units, there is one set of
stairs from the underground parking gargage up to ground level.
The one bedroom units are located on the ground level, and do not have any
stairs inside the unit. |
