Only great things to say about this hotel. Every part of my stay was fantastic.
Free wireless, year round outdoor heated pool and hot tubs and the best location in the village. I will be back!

The hotel has a great location, nice pool and sauna... We had a two bedrooms apartment with a great view and it was just Perfect. It was clean, welcoming and felt like our own home. However, it got so noisy during the night, that my parents could not sleep.

I sleep tight so it did not bothered me... But with all reviews that I read about noise at this location I had decided not to stay there... and booked at the Village Center location but their pool did not work...

Also, I got charge for my parking even if I took advantage of a package which included parking...

We had a great stay at this hotel. Whistler is beautiful in the summer. We got a two bedroom suite, with kitchenette, for 4 adults, 2 kids, and a newborn. They provided us with a crib, complete with basic baby toiletries. Breakfast was included in our package. Although there was no hot food, there was plenty of choices to keep us all happy. We also visited the outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. Very kid friendly, with lots of floaty things to play with. We were the only ones at the pool, so we weren't too worried about making too much noise.

We stayed 2 nights in a studio facing the mountain bike runs and Whistler gondola. We loved the location...in the village and close to the gondola. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the decor was rustic yet cozy. Everyone, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, were very friendly and polite. Definitely recommend staying here.

Just completed a six night stay at the Pan Pacific, and once again, the reviewers have it right! The hotel is located at the base of Whistler Mountain, right at the top of the "Stroll" in the village. It was a perfect location, with easy access to both mountain recreation, and all of the shops/restaurants in the village.

The hotel is clean and contemporary, with nice room layouts that include a full kitchen, and a separate bedroom (which is a great floor plan for those with kids). The decor was pretty basic and in good working order, and the bathroom was roomy enough. The only knock on the room is that the bedroom is a little cramped with a King size bed; everything else was perfectly fine.

The amenities were just right for us. The pool area is nice, and the hot-tubs were and toasty. Everything was clean and well kept. The weight room is a bit limited, but with so many awesome recreational options right outside the hotel, who needs to stay in to get a workout?

The service also shined. The staff was very helpful, with everything from providing directions, to arranging activities or reservations, or providing local shuttle service. The bike storage is right next to the lobby, and everything is kept secure if you bring yours (check out the James Bond entry into the storage area!) They also work with a reputable sitting service, which we took advantage of (and the kids were in one piece when we came back!) Plus, they offered free in-room internet, which was perfect.

A couple of things to be aware of... the parking is steep- $25/day. The parking down the street used to be free, but they're starting to charge, but it may be worth checking out(they weren't sure what the rate was, and we ended up biting the bullet and keeping our car there.) Also, they have laundry machines, if you need.

All in all, it was a great stay. The Pan Pacific executes well at every level, and is situated in a perfect location. Unless you're getting gouged by paying holiday rates (a problem everywhere in the village), it represents a terrific value!

The kitchenette was great. It allowed to save lots of money by shopping for groceries (within walking distance) and preparing them in our room. The wet sauna was perfect after a day of hard mountain biking. Always plenty of towels, and the staff brought us some kids size robes without us asking. The valet took care of our bikes and never had a problem retrieving them for us any time we wanted. We will definitely stay at the Pan Pacific Whistler Mountainside again soon.

We stayed at the Pan Pacific Whistler Mountainside for 2 nights...we wish it was a longer stay! The hotel is very nice, the room was a 1 bedroom suite with a good view off the balcony. The bed was comfortable with nice bedding. This hotel is in a great location in the village with a lot of shopping and a plenty of places to eat! The staff is very helpful and honest! The buffet breakfast is very good with good staff. The coffee was the best! Stay here if you can! I enjoyed being able to open windows and balcony doors and the fire place is a nice touch as well! Can't wait to come back!

This hotel is nice-quiet but right in the middle of everything in Whistler. I did not like the fact that you had to pay 15. if you wanted internet. Some things you take for granted at hotels in the US. Local restaurants were great-local shopping is expensive.

We stayed in the Pan Pacific Hotel Whistler Mountainside for three days with our two grandchildren aged 9 and 7. The check in was great and we were upgraded to a mountain view. We had a two bedroom and kitchen which is a must with young ones. The pool and hot tub area is great and kept very clean. The location is the best for walking the village and to other areas. It was nice to sit and watch all the activity in the village from your patio. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel and will definitely return. And if you are staying in Whistler make sure to do the Peak to Peak.

We stayed there three days and the location of the hotel, free internet, great breakfast, and room amenities were great. If we ever visited Whistler again this would be an easy choice. The people working there were as nice as could be too. If you want to watch mountain biking from your room however you might investigate the Pan Pacific Mountainside. This place is easy to recommend. The Zip line was fun-We tried the Eagle, my family liked mountain biking, and Peak to Peak. Try to figure out and plan your activities before or right when you get there to be able to take advantage of best time, and specials. The Pan Pacific Hotel Whistler Mountainside has a great all you can eat buffet on the weekends...worth going to. Best ribs ever eaten per the boys.
