We go to Victoria nearly every year, and had been staying with a "bargain" local
chain. Recently, however, the place had gone downhill, so we looked for
something newer and more convenient.

Rooms are clean and well appointed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The
front desk staff quickly gave us a change in room, when we felt we had an issue
with heating. ....
