I stayed 7 nights in August 2011 and was very pleased. The staff are helpful,
friendly and knowledgeable.
about the area. The units with kitchenettes are a great value; I was able to
save money by cooking some of my own meals. The hotel is not in downtown
Victoria, but is easy to access and is very quiet. I will definitely stay there
next time I'm in Victoria.

Our stay at Ramada was excellent. The hotel was quite lovely and the beds were
very comfortable. The products smelled amazing! The thing that made our trip
great was the customer service from the front desk. The girls were so helpful,
and booked us a Butchart Garden and whale watching tour that was fantastic!!
Great price and they set everything up for us. We saw a ton of whales which my
two daughters are still talking about!! Everything was made so easy and we were
able to relax without worrying about what to do in the city. Upon check out (and
during our stay) Cera and Roxie were extremely helpful. They gave us a map to
direct us back to the ferries and gave us a scratch card that we won 15% off our
next stay. We can not wait to come back and see the girls and Victoria again.

when booking the Ramada I was very pleased with the price for a room for my
daughter and I for a one night stay. When we arrived we found out we had been
upgraded from a queen size room to a mini suite for the same price !!
I was also able to book the seats for our flight home with their free computer
service in a private room off the lobby
The hotel was very clean, nice rooms not too small , the only complaint is the
bathroom is a bit small but nicely renovated.
There is an outdoor pool but the weather did not co operate for us to use it
I also liked the way the hotel was not right downtown, so was very quiet, with
plenty of parking but also not far away by car to downtown and was easy to get
around the area.
There is an in house restaurant with a good menu for breakfast , lunch or dinner
We are staying here again in about two weeks time and will highly recommend this
hotel to anyone I know visiting Victoria, BC
The only big complaint I really had was the TV reception but I was told they are
in the process of getting flat screens and Shaw digital cable in the near future

We stayed at this property with a ball team last weekend. Everyone in our group
was greatly disappointed. Although the beds were new, the rooms were quite old.
Pink sink, bathroom not updated since the 80's. The entire hotel just didn't
seem maintained. The pool would have been nice if some simple cleaning and
painting were done. The front desk staff had the door to their office wide open
therefore you looked at their mess and staff sitting around when you check in.
We all checked out a day earlier then expected due to these issues. We then
needed accommodation - moved to the Comfort Inn on Blanshard. MUCH BETTER
although no pool.

The location was great for us. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was
fine. It's the restaurant, Flavour, that will make me return. The food was
great! Had the best burger ever!
The chef takes great pride in his culinary creations!
