We are 5 people in a 2 bed suit. The heaters were broken so we had no heat, what they gave us was 1 space heater. Its winter you need heat. The windows are from when hotel was built. There is like no lighting. a lot of the plug ins didn't work. The pillow smelt like someone's head was on it. The beds were very very uncomfy. could feel the springs. they never stocked up towels, teas, etc.. Talked to the manager and said that we get complimentary breaky, so we went ate. Next day we got the bill and there was $73 charge. I will NOT recommend this hotel to ANYONE. We came on a hockey tourney and we had others that said they had water leaks and mould all thru the room. Only best thing is location, you can see parliament building. Looks best at night with the Christmas lights. And its walking distance to down town.

I stayed there last month and this is the second time there. The first time I had issues with screaming babies and was upgraded to another floor in a huge room. That wasn't so bad.

This trip, the heater in the room didn't work and the company meal vouchers that were pre-paid were not ready when I checked in. After checking again, they said they still were not ready and I ate regardless charging it to the room. The last day they apologized for this and removed the charge only to charge it back a week later! I'm not sure what sort of scam this is outfit is running but the final invoice does not reflect these charges and they applied them to my credit card a week later.

I will never visit this hotel again, its dishonest to agree to charge then change your mind after leaving town.

The staff at the front desk was pretty helpful for the most part! I really appreciated Amanda, she was great; a thumbs up for her! I was a little disappointed that the pool closed at 11pm. I was also disappointed with the service at the restaurant in the hotel (we were not served right away and the customer service was a little off). I got a really good deal on this hotel from priceline so I couldn't be happier (came out to be $55 plus tax per night). I was actually quite content that no one complained about how loud my music was :). The room was pretty small but it was quite clean. I was really confused with the shower; the water in the shower turned really hot and really cold at random times (I almost got burned). Also, I am not sure that the heat worked, it was really cold in the room. But overall, the hotel was pretty good for a 3 star hotel. I was overly impressed! Parking is $12, but if you are staying here on the weekend you can find street parking for free!

Room Tip: Ask for the seventh floor (this will help you stay away from animals) Ask for a refrigerator and microwave (all rooms do not come with these appliances) Make sure you ask if the heat in the room works

Thank you to the management and staff of the Harbour Towers Hotel for another fantastic stay for the Cops for Cancer Tour de Rock Team and Volunteers. This group of 40 stayed in comfortable clean rooms with wonderful beds and beautiful views. The staff were extremely accommodating and always helpful. Going that extra mile, the Harbour Towers supported this Team in their fight against childhood cancer by hosting special events, providing extra rooms for travelling Team members and providing family and friends with special rates. We LOVE staying at the Harbour Towers and hope to be there again next year!
