For the price that we paid we were pleasantly surprised.
We weren't sure what to expect. The only thing that was
a problem was that we were right above the parking lot,
so when the bar closed it was a liitle noisy. We would
stay again.

Liked the Great location and the full kitchen
The setting was good and we liked the patio off our
room. It is a shame that your vindictive laws forbid
smoking on this patio - i realize that this is beyond
your control, but it sure did ruin the stay for the
smoker I was with. Housekeeping ignored us for 2 days
and when they did come it, they left WET coffee rings on
the table - lazy , lazy, lazy. However, for the price ,
it was a good value

We stayed here for 3 days of our trip. You can't beat
the price and you do get breakfast, a paper, use of the
pool, sauna, exercise "room", but if you are the type of
person who takes pride in your house and vacuum the
corners of the carpet and likes to have screens on your
windows....don't stay here.
Also the room was very hot, so we had to open the window
without the screen. We called the management to complain
about the heat, as the air conditioner is not to be used
in the winter. Even with the heat turned completely off
by using a knob close to the floor, there was still heat
coming out of the register. I agree with a previous
comment about being "stuffed up" during our stay, so we
took decongestants, probably the from the dust in the
corners of the carpet and on top of the furniture, I
won't even talk about inside the cupboards.

Pool was clean looking and warm like bath water, my
daughter enjoyed that as well as the sauna. The
treadmill was not working properly and no room to do lay
down to do stretches.
The WiFi connection was good once the day staff came on
to tell us how to get on, only one person on in the
evening when we checked in and she said she did not know
anything about computers, but she could try as once she
got it but that was by luck, not knowledge.
A little bit of elbow grease (cleaning) and vacuuming
corners would help your establishment considerably,
doing that would increase my rating to at least average.

The cleanliness of the room could have been a lot
better. I found used Kleenex in the waste basket under
the desk and a pair of rolled up socks in the dresser
drawer left by the previous renter. Outside of that, I
found the room to be very gratifying. However, I could
not access the internet during my 3-day stay and no one
could offer assistance. I would probably recommend this
hotel to other travellers. |
