The hotel is very clean, as are the rooms and bathrooms.
it was a hot day when I arrived in Victoria and the room
was cool with fans running the shades closed. the room
was quite and the location was great and the breakfast
was plentiful, fresh and the eating area was bright. i
only stayed on night but i could stay longer.

Very clean room, outstanding location and quality
service. Breakfast buffet included in room rate which is
very convenient for me when I am on a business trip
because I rarely have more than a few minutes to grab
something for breakfast.

This was by far the friendliest hotel we stayed at
during a whirlwind trip to
Whistler-Vancouver-Victoria-Seattle. Unfortunately we
only stayed one night. The desk clerk went out of his
way to check on transportation to the Butchart Gardens.
The room was spacious and quiet and the beds
comfortable. The hotel is one block from the passenger
ferry to Seattle and one block from the sights of the
Inner Harbour (Empress Hotel; House of Parliament; Royal
BC Museum), but the neighborhood behind the hotel is
quiet and residential. The breakfast had ample
selections, including enough for my teenage son, who is
a bottomless pit. I highly recommend this hotel and
would stay here again on a future trip to Victoria.

Our room had a view of the harbour, the back garden and
the pool. Everything was within walking distance. The
grounds were well kept. The beds were very comfortable
and the room was very inviting. The breakfast was a
great start to our days in Victoria and the breakfast
room was spacious and well kept. Everything was well
stocked, no matter how many people were eating. The
staff was very helpful and courteous. I would use this
hotel anytime I visit Victoria.

One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had! The
staff went over and above to make me feel at home, the
location couldn't be any better, and the bed's are super
comfy.

Friendly staff. Loved Sarah, Joanne, and Kristen. Easy
walk to the all downtown attractions. Perfect place to

I travel to Victoria every week on business I have made
this hotel my choice in Victoria it is very comfortable
and makes my 2 or three days out of town easy to cope
with. The staff are very friendly and efficient. And the
breakfasts are great.

We have stayed here twice now .. the room is comfortable
and spacious with a convenient full kitchen and with a
small balcony overlooking the harbour with a park in
between.. Our evening view was lovely with the Empress
lit up in the near distance and part of the city as
well. Considering it is right downtown where all the
tourist stuff is it is very good value. There are dozens
of restaurants very nearby, a wine/beer store right next
door and tourist attractions within walking distance.

We checked into this hotel with some trepidation after
our last Best Western experience but we need not have
worried. This was an amazing hotel for the value & we
were more than delighted with every aspect of the very
friendly, obliging, knowledgeable, & happy
staff....always a good meter. Our room was absolutely
excellent, a good size, with a full kitchenette, very
comfortable bed, & a recycling bin, most impressive.
Everything about this hotel was clean, from the garage,
(with free guest parking), the guests' laundry, to the
room balcony & the bathrooms with big fluffy cosy towels
and a no skid bathmat for the bath.... this potential
hazard always concerns us & we usually have to put a
towel in the bath to stand on before we shower. The
breakfast was the best we have ever had in Best Western
too, with plenty of tables to eat at, a good variety of
food, which was regularly replenished as required. The
location was just right for access to the lovely
Victoria waterfront, parliament buildings & fishermans'
wharf. We would definitely stay here again should we
return, & we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a
clean, efficiently run, friendly hotel with very
pleasant staff.

I choose this hotel from reviews and must say I was not
disappointed. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room was clean and comfortable. There was a small
kitchenette which was a pleasant surprise as I was told
there were none at this hotel when I booked with BW..
The balcony overlooked the park and ferry terminal. The
hotel is conveniently located. After walking around the
waterfront it was always comfortable to come back and
sit on our balcony and just watch the happenings
outside. The continental breakfast was included and they
had a nice eating area, and early hours! They also
offered free underground gated parking. I was somewhat
surprised at how small the hotel itself seemed. Narrow
hallways and only about 10 rooms per floor. But it was
quiet and relaxing and looking at what else was
available in the area I am sure we made a good choice
for the price we got! I would stay here again.

this hotel was very conveniently located. rooms were
clean and service fine. the location was right in the
middle of downtown Victoria and there's a million things
to do and see within walking distance. good value great
location
