Great budget motel that's within a 10 min drive to D/T. Staff were polite and
friendly. Requested a 3rd floor room online and got it. Being a busy time of the
year parking can be tight, as there aren't many spots in front, and its first
come first serve in the back. Would recommend if travelling on a budget.

I just spent my 5th stay at this hotel and enjoyed the continued wonderful
experience of dealing with this business. The staff go out of their way to solve
problems and help provide the information one needs. I particularly commend
Whitney and Linda on the front desk--in March I was not well and came for
medical appointments and they helped me to a place for dinner and shared just
baked cookies!!! They are a credit to this chain and have made me a fan who will
continue to use their facility. The restaurant is very good with a big mall
right across the street--and not far from the bustle of the tourist part of
Victoria without the congestion. They have a shuttle available and fitness
privileges in the block . Renovations are being carried out but did not encroach
upon my stay at all. Thank you for the stay Accent Inn--continued success

We live in the Comox Valley, but my father was very sick and needed to be at
Royal Jubilee Hospital so the family needed a place to stay.
The hotel, room, facilities, etc were all clean, well supplied, and well
situated.
But the staff went above and beyond - they were so understanding, helpful and
'there' for us. They made all the difference.
Thanks again to all of you for your help and thoughtfulness during our time of
need.

I have stayed at the Accent Inn in Victoria, BC many times on business and have
always been very well looked after. I am always welcomed warmly at the front
desk. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and very clean and the very rare
time where my room was not up to the usual standard of cleanliness the staff
couldn't do enough to rectify the situation; moving me right away to another
room. Need a microwave and your room doesn't have one, call the desk and one
will be there in five minutes. Your transactions are completed quickly but with
a friendly touch. If you are looking for a hotel that makes you feel at home,
this is it.

It's possible to speed by this hotel on the main road into Victoria, but I liked
its convenient location. It's 10 minutes into the city, and 10 minutes to the
water to the east for sailing. Having stayed at other "budget" hotels in the
vicinity, this one has the largest rooms, that are clean and efficient. The bed
was very comfortable. We appreciated the free WiFi which is almost essential
these days. It's only a few minutes' drive to the nearest Starbucks or Tim
Horton's. Ample free parking.

The room was fine for the 3 days I stayed there. The only drawback was you could
hear almost everything in the adjoining room. My advice is get a non adjoining
room if you want it to be quiet.

I spend many long days and longer nights travelling around the province of BC
visiting my customers and being away from home is always hard. Accent Inn always
makes it easier. From courteous and thoughtful staff that always seem to know
your name, to the clean, comfortable rooms with modern styling and everything
you need. I have been using Accent Inn for years and always look forward to
getting back. (keep up the good work!!)

My visits now total in excess of 10 at Accent Inns with 3 so far this past year.
All recent stays have been in Victoria due to medical visits and the convenience
to the Royal Jubilee Hospital.
All 10 visits have been very good with the last 3 near excellent. It all begins
with the arrival which has been first class on all visits where I have found the
rooms to be very clean, well equipped and quite large.
During my last visit I had a problem with my heating unit and one call to the
front desk brought a young lady to check it out and then move me to another
nearby room.
One does need their car to travel to the majority of tourist sites or downtown
shopping areas and restaurants. Brannigans is on site and certainly adequate for
most meals. |
