The Empress is centrally located and the focal point in
downtown Victoria. Everything is within easy walking

This hotel definitely has various room sizes and shapes.
Although we had a partial harbour view, the room was on
the small size, but beautifully decorated. The hotel is
in the process of starting major renovations .....Hotel
