On checking in I was presented a courtesy glass of sparkling which was needed
after a long flight. Spoke with Patrick who was incredibly helpful and checked

The Opus is lovely. Stayed in January 2012 for two nights; they greeted us at
the front desk with hot mulled wine. Our room, 608, had a bathroom with huge
windows that ....
