My partner and I stayed overnight at the Hyatt for my company's Christmas party.
We had a room on the 17th floor with a view overlooking the downtown core. The
room was clean, nicely decorated, and in a corner so we thought it'd be peaceful

The entire staff was so pleasant from start to finish. Their warm welcome set
the tone for the 5 days we were there. The only slight problem was the concierge
