The Fairmont Hotel Vancouver's full-service Business Center provides light secretarial services, private work stations and Internet access. Bell Staff Bellmen are located at the Entry Pavillion and in the Main Lobby of the hotel. They will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage. Check-In / Check-Out Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Concierge The Concierge Desk is located in the Hotel Vancouver Main Lobby. They can help you arrange dinner reservations, get theater tickets and give you directions to major attractions. Elevators The hotel has six elevators that service from the Lobby to the guest rooms, Health Club and meeting rooms. Housekeeping The Housekeeping staff is pleased to provide cribs and rollaways when needed. They also handle all request for lost and found items. Laundry Services Dry cleaning, laundry and pressing services are available seven days a week. Laundry bags and price list are located in the guest room's closet. Parking The hotel's parking facility is adjacent to the hotel and is underground. Valet parking: $29 CAD/night, including in-and-out privileges If you would prefer to park your car yourself, the charge is $27 CAD/night, including in-and-out privileges Visitors may also use the street parking for a maximum time of two hours. It is metered from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., seven days a week. Pet Policy The Fairmont Hotel Vancouver has a program called: ''Pets Are People Too!''. All pets staying at the hotel receive: Welcome mat in the room Pet dish Welcome treats Toy Information sheet on pet activities The price is $25 CAD/night and the animal must not be left unattended in the room.
