Last time I was reserved at this hotel, the front desk staff was so frustrating
that I went out to the valet parking to cool off. I asked the valet attendant if
the service was always like this .

We stayed here for a weekend and found the concierge desk to be more than
helpful and loved the fact that it had a food court located directly underneath

by an enclosed walkway. The closest Skytrain Station from the Vancouver
