Managed a great rate on a larger room during Grey Cup weekend, arrived to find
we'd been upgraded to a suite. Front desk staff helpful, courteous. Lots of
other staff going about their jobs with a smile.

Up-graded to one bedroom suite without asking, on check-in. No heat at first,
but house-keeping fixed problem right away. Cheerful desk clerk arranged later
