Hotel Review of the Hampton Inn and Suites Langley Surrey

We vacationed in BC for 12 days and stayed at the Hampton for 6 nights. The
service was incredible. Booking (in March), guest services understood that we
needed space for 5 adults (our three kids are teens). We had plenty of room. We
were greeted with a wonderful smile from Mickey on arrival and received numerous
ones after. Little extras (more pillow, blankets, towels, shampoo) were never an
issue. Questions about driving directions and other local services were always
handled with understanding, a listening ear, and useful extra tips. Sheets in
the room would have been changed daily; we had to insist it need not be done
daily. The pool and spa were clean; our boys loved the crazy slide. When kids
are about, it's not a pool for swimming laps, but that was fine with us.
Breakfast was always fresh and had a few little changes every morning. Overall;
outstanding. We highly recommend.

We were visiting Vancouver for the first time for a family reunion. The Staff
was very respectful, friendly and courteous. They responded very promptly to our
every request. The breakfast was really good!! Our children had a wonderful time
at the pool going through the slide. We all had a blast!! We will definitely
choose this hotel again and again, when we come back out. We highly recommend
this hotel.

I travel for a living and stay in numerous hotels. I can say with no hesitation
that the Hampton Inn in Langley is by far my favorite hotel. The service is
second to known! The beds are like clouds and the over all atmosphere is
homelike and friendly. The staff is over the top friendly and always willing to
help. The morning breakfast ,with Rosalyn is fantastic! Carla is always smiling
in the morning and Meghan is always cheerful during the afternoon shift! I would
commend this hotel to all my friends which I have done and they too stay there!

I have stayed at this hotel at least once or twice a month for the last two and
a half years! That in itself is a testimony to the quality, comfort and great
service provided. The rooms are a good size and clean. The beds are comfortable.
All the staff from the cleaners to management do a great job and are very
welcoming. The hot/cold breakfast has a good variety of items to choose from. As
a female solo traveler, I always feel safe. I would recommend this hotel both

This hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and
included scrambled eggs with ham, bacon, and potato cubes as well as a variety
of breads, yogurt, fruit, and juice. The kids loved the pool with curly slide
and enjoyed several hours of play there. We had a great stay at this hotel!

The front desk manager, Carla was outstanding in her service. She made me feel
appreciated and respected. The right mix of friendliness and professionalism.
