Visited for the second year in a row with a group of families for a sporting
event. Kids love the pool and sky train to downtown, adults like the casino and
Meals are expensive here so plan accordingly.
Great to have the Canada Line train stop inside the property for fast access to
downtown without the hassle of driving. Valet parking is $16/day where as the
parking ticket a friend got was $80 for parking in the wrong level of the

I wanted to send a sincere thank you to the entire River Rock staff for making
our 2016 Molson Coors Western Sales Conference so special. We had team members
travel into Vancouver from 5 provinces and the River Rock Theatre & Casino
provided a perfect platform to reconnect, recharge for 2016 and have some fun!
I wanted to point out a few people in particular that were really helpful during
the planning and execution process.
Banquet Captains Asuka, Ercan, Reggie & Krystal – were extremely attentive and
ensured everything ran smoothly throughout the 3 days. No matter if there were
some last minute changes to floor plans or timing, they were on it right away
and executed effortlessly. I sincerely appreciated knowing that everything was
taken care of!
Corby – ensuring our theatre shows ran smoothly from start to finish! Everyone
loved the theatre space as it provided a really unique venue space from what we
would typically see in a banquet room setting.
Ena – for putting up with me on last minute rooming list changes, name changes
and the like! Always with a positive attitude.
Quentin, Mathew & Marc, your staff is truly exceptional and the customer service
was unparalleled. We are looking forward to the next event with you!

We have stayed here a couple of times. Once thru Vacation International and Once
thru Interval International Advantage. Both times we had an excellent time.
Beautiful rooms, friendly staff and convenient access to the Sky Train. Charles
Chiu was extremely helpful and professional. My only note is the main food court
is located inside the Casino and kids are not allowed in there so you will
either need to take it to go or order room service for kids

Rooms were nice but a little over prices. Included breakfast was a treat and
very good. Have stayed there on a Theme holiday and it was great but they don't
seem to offer those holidays anymore. Would stay again but would hope to find
better dollar value.

We were looking for a local, luxurious, quiet hotel with a pool. And we found
it. Our Marina View suite had a separate bedroom with a comfy king size bed and
blackout curtains. With its own TV, it offers parents a second TV option if the
kids want to watch a kid show.
Free parking is a bonus as a lot of comparable downtown Vancouver hotels charge
$20 to $30 per day for parking.
The main room has a pullout couch our son found comfortable. The mini-fridge was
handy for snacks.
Our room package included two breakfast buffets per day; reception allowed us to
exchange them so all four of us ate at the buffet one day and ate elsewhere the
Comfortable, extremely quiet. My husband and son enjoyed the saltwater pool--a
step up from the usual tiny rectangular hotel pool.
The Richmond Night Market is a few minutes walk from the hotel--be warned that
if you're driving off site on a market night, you'll be stuck in traffic leaving
and returning. Consider using the SkyTrain (station a couple of minutes walk) if
you're going off site on market night. The night market is mostly full of dollar
store type imported goods, but the food section is a treat -- don't eat supper
before going to the market. There are tons of exotic and interesting treats.

I only spend one night at the hotel but spend 2 days in the surroundings for
meetings. Great location, very dedicated staff and the rooms are nice. I was a
bit worried with the hotel being located at such a busy place but had a great
and quiet sleep. Only room for adjustments is the operation of the shower-almost
requires a one on one introduction.
