This is an average hotel with below average internet service.
The hotel throttles down the speed if you go over a set
bandwidth, which in itself is extremely petty, but the fact is,
the highspeed is only 1.1 MBPS to start with. Imagine what it
might be when they throttle it down to punish you for actually
using what you've paid for. What a joke---rooms in this place
are not cheap, yet the average Mom and Pop motel will likely
have internet that is every bit as fast, and for a lot money
less per room. Should make quite an impression on Olympic
visitors from around the world. Canada has one of the slowest
average internet speeds of the western world, and this place is
right at the bottom end of that scale.

I phoned the hotel for their shuttle at 2 in the morning after a
late night flight delivered us to the airport. The desk clerk
said the shuttle had finished operating for the night, but we
should grab a cab. He said I could pay and get a receipt or he
would take care of the fare. Not only did he pay the cabbie, but
gave him a decent tip as well. Check in was very quick and
because I am a Priority Club member (this hotel's loyalty
program), we were offered a late check out time the next day (2
pm). The room was super -- very clean, good linens and towels,
very comfortable. The next morning we found that the breakfast
was very good and the staff at the desk was very accommodating.
Not only did we check out at 2, but they looked after our
suitcases in their office while we went for a late lunch before
a 4 pm flight. Their shuttle back to the airport was prompt and
efficient. All in all, I was extremely impressed with the staff,
the facilities and the price. We will definitely stay here again
when using the airport in Vancouver.

My wife and I went to Richmond to help my family bring a sick
relative back to Ontario. This hotel bent over backwards to help
us and our family. I have stayed in hotels all over the world
and I would have to say this hotel is the best! The rooms were
super clean the overall impression of the hotel is that it
should have cost us $300/night but we paid a little over $100/
night. I've stayed at Marriott's that suck compared to this
hotel and paid over $300/night!!! The new skytrain station is
only a 8 min walk and for $9/ day you can get unlimited access
to the whole region including buses. There is a free shuttle
from the airport that arrives ever 30 min 24hrs. We needed a
wheelchair access shuttle and because the hotel's shuttle was
not wheelchair accessible, the hotel paid for a wheelchair taxi
to the airport! I'm really impressed with this hotel and my wife
and I are planning a holiday to Vancouver and we are staying at
this awesome hotel!! My Thanks to the Staff Can't wait to get
back!!

After a long day it was pleasant to arrive to a smiling helpful
desk clerk. After explaining what a queen Murphy bed was she
upgraded my room no problem which was nice. The room was small
but clean, quiet and comfortable. Their free underground parking
was secure. There is a Costco next door but it wasn't a
detriment (may be benefit to some). I didn't have time to look
around the breakfast area but it looked nice enough. Although I
was there early the breakfast lady brought out fruit for me
which was appreciated. The proximity to the airport is a
definite plus. This will be the hotel of choice for times I'm in
the area. |

Stayed here on tail ends of an overseas trip to take advantage
of their park, stay and fly program. This is a very clean,
modern and efficient hotel. No frills but does what a hotel
should do: offers the most comfy beds and pillows ever, serves a
basic but adequate breakfast, good location for airport
departures and has a shuttle to the airport. Good value all
around! |

The Hotel staff was wonderful. My wife and I were able to check in early
and we were able to stay in the room past the check out time with out an
additional charge. They were able to keep our luggage until our room was
ready which gave us the opportunity to walk around a little until it was
ready with out having to lug our luggage around. The only down wall was
that there were no eateries next to the hotel. There was a hotel across
the street that had a restaurant but other than that you had to walk
about 10 minutes to get any thing to eat. The hotel is about a 5 minute
ride from the airport. If you are going on a cruise, it is about a 20
minute ride from the port but the staff will assist you in getting
transportation to the port if you ask. |

I liked that there was always someone available at the front desk to
assist me. Check in was quick. Parking was very safe. Great access to
highways. The free breakfast omelets' were like shoe soles or rubbers
cheese inside was brown. Yuk. Excellent for the business traveler or
stopover traveler. Location was close to highways and a short distance
from shopping. Quick to the Ferries, and to the U.S. border. I stayed
there for 9 days on business. No complaints at all. Would stay there
again and would also recommend it. |

We spent one night at this location prior to a cruise leaving Vancouver.
My wife had a free room award thanks to her frequent customer status
with Holiday Express properties. The floor we were on was recently
refurbished with new carpeting as was our room. The king size bed was
comfortable. Room was clean and inviting. Breakfast in the morning was
excellent with a hot buffet, fresh fruit, cereal, freshly baked buns,
and choice of drinks.
Front desk staff was excellent. This location is right across the street
from a Costco warehouse. We would stay at this property again. |

This room was booked for us for the night preceding our cruise by our
travel agent due to the free shuttle to and from the airport. I was very
surprised at the price..175.00 with tax for a standard king room. It was
updated and comfortable. Service was good. But there was no restaurant
on premises (after traveling more than 12 hours to get there) and our
choices were to go to the restaurant in the hotel across the street or
walk 4 blocks to The Italian Tomato down the street (we did-it was
excellent!). There was a very good comp. breakfast in the morning. If I
am ever in Vancouver again I will shop around for a hotel myself. |

Stayed for 2 nights and was very impressed by how clean this hotel was.
Best of all was the "Kids Suite" with bunk beds, separate tv and video
games and a semi-wall separating this area from the remainder of the bed
room. Bathroom was large and very clean. Best hotel bathroom we've ever
experienced. Complementary breakfast was very nice, better than most
hotels. Located near the airport, and therefore a bit far from downtown
Vancouver, but near major roads, and therefore still easy to get around. |

Our hotel room was very clean and I loved the big, thick towels!
The bed is comfortable and soft or firm pillows is a good idea.
Even though the highway was very close, we didn't notice any
noise. Internet service is free. We stayed here before getting
on a cruise ship, so just a place to sleep. Hotel had a shuttle
to the cruise which was $13 per person. Extended parking beyond
the night of our stay was $8 per day because our room was payed
for with Priority Club points. This was about half the price of
parking near the cruise pier.
Staff was very helpful and confirmed that our shuttle to the
cruise was secured after we rescheduled the time. They also
recommended a Chinese restaurant for dinner that was near by.
Very polite and friendly staff. We could not say if there is
anything entertaining to do, since we just wanted a clean,
comfortable, safe place to stay. We would definitely stay here
again if we're heading for a cruise or stopping through town. |

We arrived at the Vancouver airport around midnight, the night
before our cruise. The polite and cheerful driver of the
complimentary hotel shuttle was there almost instantly. The
other hotel staff were equally gracious and helpful. Our room
was clean, quiet, and comfortable. |

We could not have expected more. Clean rooms very well staffed.
Free internet. Continental breakfast includes scrambled eggs and
sausage. Prompt staff. Gated parking lot while we were away
using their park and fly. Prompt bus service to and from the
airport. Stayed both before and after the trip and service was
consistent. |
