"Great hotel. I appreciated the helpfulness of the front desk and the
great breakfast. If breakfast food was out, a request replenished it
immediately. Unfortunately, there were only a few small drawers for
clothes, and little room for 4 people to even store their suitcases. We
just lived out of them and lined them up near the doorway. Good security
in hotel & parking lot, too. Also, very quiet, though very near the
airport!" |

"Nice location, close to the airport & BC Ferries. Friendly help desk &
great continental breakfast. I asked to stay on the upper level and I
was given to stay on the top level (8th floor). Room is clean &
comfortable." |

We could not have expected more. Clean rooms very well staffed. Free
internet. Continental breakfast includes scrambled eggs and sausage.
Prompt staff. Gated parking lot while we were away using their park and
fly. Prompt bus service to and from the airport. Stayed both before and
after the trip and service was consistent.

After a long day it was pleasant to arrive to a smiling helpful desk
clerk. After explaining what a queen murphy bed was she upgraded my room
no problem which was nice. The room was small but clean, quiet and
comfortable. Their free underground parking was secure. There is a
Costco next door but it wasn't a detriment (may be benefit to some). I
didn't have time to look around the breakfast area but it looked nice
enough. Although I was there early the breakfast lady brought out fruit
for me which was appreciated. The proximity to the airport is a definite
plus. This will be the hotel of choice for times I'm in the area. |

This hotel was an excellent choice for our short visit to Vancouver. The
room was large, with 2 queen size beds and exceptionally quiet, as close
as it was to the airport. It was very clean. The complimentary breakfast
and shuttle to the airport were added bonuses that helped in our
decision to chose this hotel.” |

“Security was excellent (garage access and elevators required room door
cards). Terminals were available for internet access. Outside noise was
almost non-existent. Excellent selection for continental breakfast.
Costco across the street for those who want to do some shopping.” |

Stayed here on tail ends of an overseas trip. This is a very clean,
modern and efficient hotel. No frills but does what a hotel should do:
offers the most comfy beds and pillows ever, serves a basic but adequate
breakfast, good location for airport departures and has a shuttle to the
airport. Good value all around! |

The Best stay we've ever had at any Hotel bar none. I've never slept in
such a comfortable bed and they even have the pillow slips embroidered "
Soft" and "Firm". There really isn't a view but we were there to take
advantage of the free parking and shuttle to the airport. Staying there
on our way back allowed us 14 days of free parking which was wonderful.
The Continental breakfast is the best we've seen, incuding scrambled
eggs and bacon. Some people really loaded their plates several times.
The staff are very friendly and more than accommodating. An excellent
facility ! |

This was our second stay at this property. We checked in at about 2:30am
with no problems at all. We used the park and fly service, so had
already paid for the room when we dropped the car off 3 days prior. No
shuttle service when we got in, but they reimbursed for a cab. Breakfast
was good, though due to the lack of hours to sleep, I would have liked
Breakfast to stay open past 10am.
Room nicely equipped with fridge, micro, decent toiletries, etc. Fairly
comfy bed and pillows. |

NICE clean room. Continental breakfast was more than we expected. Hotel
served hot food-bacon, eggs. Added security was nice( elevator access
for hotel guests only). Conveniently located near restaurants, etc. |
