We have been staying here for 8 years more or less so my comments are
based on our last three visits in the past year and a half. During this
period we have detected a (small) change in this property and to be
frank we feel it has slipped a little. On our last visit in December
2011our shower stall had two long black hairs in it and there was a
black hair on my pillow when we turned the bed down. On the world scale
of earth shattering events maybe this isn't a biggy for some of you but
we never saw this kind of thing here before. Since the departure of long
time front desk staff they seem to have an all Asian crew but they are
indeed friendly and helpful. I guess what we are saying is that this
property is still within the Sheraton standard but it does not seem to
be as good as it once was. Would we return? Probably but not certain.
But there are several new hotels nearby that are close to the Skytrain
and other facilities so we may try somewhere else for a change,

I have stayed here approx 15 times, service has been good, location
works well for my business. Rooms are clean and well kept. Just the
walls are a little thin...you could hear the neighbors shower as if they
were inside my room.

The Hotel is recommended by a friend, we stayed here for 1 week.
Location is not in Vancouver city, but in a suburb of Richmond which is
near the airport .
The hotel is virtually surrounded by many, many Asian restaurants.
Eating out is no problem, but a wee bit confusing as so many to choose
from.
We find the hotel convenience as it is one of the pickup point for all
of our tours . Hotel also provides complimentary shuttle for the
airport. Going to town is no issue , Landsowne station is just minutes
walk from hotel.
Hotel Room and amenities were better than most of the Sheratons we
stayed in the USA. Staff were friendly and eager to help. Overall we had
a very pleasant stay, and would highly recommend this place any time.

Good sized rooms that are well appointed. Breakfast is not worth the
additional charge. Parking is an extra $12/night and local calls are
$0.50/call. Local area has a wide range of mainly Chinese (authentic not
western style) and there is a Mongolie Grill next to property. I did not
have a chance to check out any of the onsite amenities. All in all I
would stay at the Holiday Inn Express or Quality Inn over this property

Good location close to downtown Richmond. It's perfectly situated to be
close to Chinese/Asian food and airport. It's also off the main strip so
no car/street noise. Only complaint is that it is in the flight path to
YVR so plane noise starts at 6:30AM. There is little to no insulation
for the noise.
