We enjoyed staying in this hotel. The price was right and the service is
always good. The hotel needs to be updated and gym is terrible. The room
was clean and comfortable. We will stay there again. Long walking
distance to your room

This hotel is about a 10-minute drive from the airport. The entrance to
the hotel is fine but the rooms are old. The bathroom needs updating.
The bed was hard and I developed a stiff neck. The heater is one of
those old-fashioned type which blow noisily through the night and the
marks for the settings of the heat were worn off. As a result, the room
became like a refrigerator overnight. Nice polite service at the front.
Very poor value. Better to stay at a cheaper Econo Lodge or something.

It is at a good location where you can walk to a shopping mall. The room was
clean. They provide apples everyday at the counter. The breakfast buffet was so
so and they only have the same kind of runny eggs with spinach everyday. Since I
don't lke runny yolks, I cannot enjoy any eggs for breakfast.

My husband and I stay at this hotel every time we travel through Vancouver. We
always receive fantastic service from the front desk, and the rooms are always
clean and well kept. We try to book a room with a King size bed if possible, as
the rooms are larger. I agree that the hotel tends to be a be a bit of a maze to
get around, but it doesn't really bother me. You can't beat the location for
shopping either - the Richmond Mall is just a block down the street (it is a
good sized mall); also a London Drugs, Chapters, and a Starbucks nearby. The
hotel also has a free shuttle that runs to the airport frequently. We find this
hotel to be very convenient for us.

The Executive Hotel Plaza Vancouver airport is a good place to stay if you get a
good rate. The rooms are basic, yet roomy. Washrooms are a bit out-dated, as are
the kitchen areas (in some rooms), yet are extremely clean. Maid service was
above average. Front desk staff quite pleasant, yet did not return two calls
when our ordered movie (Hide & Seek) kept coming on as 'Meet the Fockers'. An
agent said he would call back and did not, then later there was no answer.
Thankfully, we were not charged.
The complex can be a bit of a maze and difficult to navigate without a map.
Certain rooms/floors are only accessible via designated elevators. The sports
lounge can be quite rowdy at night and may intimidate some guests who have to
walk by the rear entrance to get to the elevator in the North wing. Rooms are
all over the place (courtyard levels, then a tower) and it seems like the
building(s) are part of a large strip mall.
Bottom line, the rooms are great, beds are great, very clean, excellent fitness
centre, and generally, a very busy place. The Executive Airport is on par with
the Best Westerns, Ramadas, and Comfort/Quality Inns, but is certainly a few
notches down from the Marriotts, Hiltons and Hyatts. The name 'Executive Inn'
and the brochure may be a tad misleading to some. However, if you want a basic,
affordable and clean place to stay, this is the spot for you!

This was my second time staying at the Executive Inn and I was disappointed to
learn that my company had booked me here since my first time was a disaster. But
I was pleasantly surprised by the upgraded room with flat screen tv and new
higher end linens. The bathroom had been renovated, so the stay ended up to be
pretty pleasant. But beware if you are booking here if you are booked into a
room that has not been renovated. I ate at the Foggy Dew pub and it was pretty
good. There are other hotels close by that might not be as tired as this one.
There is ample parking with a six level parkade so you can park on the same
floor that you are staying on, which makes it pretty convenient.

Pretty nice hotel; stayed at the cozy service apartment as I was there for a
fortnight.
The location is the best close to major shopping centres and the airport.

Hotel has a great location, near the airport, and close to the central Richmond.
Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Room is niceful furnished and of good size.
Everything is immaculate. The linen and towels are so white and clean unlike
some of the more expensive hotels. This is a great hotel for the price.

The Executive Airport Plaza is close to the Vancouver Airport. Clean and quiet.
Room service was prompt. Great value for money. In general the service is very
good. An on-site business center and Conference facilities are available. A
landscaped atrium atop the main building houses a fitness room, indoor pool, spa
tub, and jogging path were a nice touch.
