The Executive Airport Plaza is close to the Vancouver Airport. Clean and quiet. Room service was prompt. Great value for money. In general the service is very good. An on-site business center and Conference facilities are available. A landscaped atrium atop the main building houses a fitness room, indoor pool, spa tub, and jogging path were a nice touch.

The free Airport Shuttle was a real bonus as it enabled us to drop off our hire car the night before and get the shuttle to the airport in the morning .The unit had excellent cooking and laundry facilities, and a great view of the city and the planes coming in and going. Courtesy coach to airport was good ...
A little bit further from the airport than i expected, but the hotel provides a free bus transfer which was excellent.

you can stay here if you need to be near the airport. Otherwise I would stay somewhere closer to town. This hotel is in Richmond, and I would not pay too much to stay here. The hotel is average, rooms are clean but need to be updated. I could never get enough light in the room to read a book. It was dimly lit. Front desk staff was not that helpful when I did have a problem and a request.

Booked a 2 night Gas N Go package in a 1 Bedroom apartment.
All the comforts of home and the full kitchen was great to meet our special dietary needs. Eileen and Hari at the desk were great in helping us get around town. We'll be back.

No bottled water in room
No fountain water
The receptionist told us to drink tap water b/c it's richmond, I have been there for more than 10 years and I think I know what not to drink.
The security guy should be fired.
