Stay there overnight for a concert. Pick this hotel for its
price and it location.
Hotel need a major upgrade. wall paper peeling off. the insuit
ref. are so loud . I have to unplug it. Outside hallway is floor
tile so in the early morning when the cleaning mate pushing
their crate over the floor tie. It make lould noise. Unless you
want to wake up early like 6-7 a.m.. I wouldn't recommand it.
But be fair, the price are reasonable, the room is clean, free
parking and location is good.

This was most probably the worst hotel I have EVER stayed in.
Not only did the room smell like B.O., the restaurant literally
made me sick. The food was undercooked and I was VERY ill that
night. The room was uncomfortable and smelly, as mentioned
above, and the amenities were non-existent. They hadn't even
refilled the coffee machine supplies, the package of condiments
was opened and half used. I would not recommend this hotel to
anyone.

Had the worst experience ever. Arrived late May 2, door key
would not work, had it re-keyed, still wouldn't work, attendant
opened door, room smelled musty, went to use bathroom and NO
WATER, called attendant, told to turn on tap and wait 10
minutes, asked to be moved ,told they were full, couldn't I stay
in that room. Asked to be moved, told full couldn't do that, I
insisted and finally 2 hours later at 2AM the 3rd. we were moved
to another hotel along with another patron who's room did not
have water either. Unacceptable conduct and shaudy service, with
a reservation that was made in February. WILL NEVER STAY THERE
AGAIN. I have contacted head office without a satisfactory
reply.

We stayed here on our way back from a trip to Mexico, what a bad
way to end a wonderful week!
Upon arrival there was a middle aged woman arrinving shortly
after us with her elderly mother who was having trouble walking
up the front stairs so she ran inside and asked the front desk
clerk if there was anyone to help her with her bags- nope! no
one to help - so my husband and i offered to give them a hand
and placed their bags on a nearby cart with wheels while the
woman at the front desk came out from behind the desk and
watched us help them and watched as my husband struggled with
the door (they had alot of large luggage)-
We had arrived at about 10:30 pm and as most people coming in
off a flight at that time were really hungry, the restraunt
closed at 10:00 so we called room service which happened to also
close at 10:00 just like the restaurant- we're really not that
choosy so i went to look for a vending machine- no such luck- i
mean really doesn't every hotel have a vending machine. the
jacuzzi was busted and "Out of Service". The next morning my
husband went to make a long distance call and had to call the
front desk to activate it.
Overall maybe it was just a shocking contrast to the hospitable
mexican people who were so prepared to help us even find our way
around town. We won't be back to the Executive Inn
