Very expensive wireless internet and a ridiculous breakfast ( 2 toasts, orange
juice and cold coffee ). if you want something different than the standard, you
have to pay extra and it is quite expensive
Quick check in/out and convenience to the airport and the offering of parking
for the week we were away.
Pillows are really hard.

Close to the airport, free shuttle to the airport, cozy, bargain price,
restaurant within the hotel
the corridors leading to the rooms or to the restaurant were very cold, we had
to put on our coats to go to the restaurant. We used this hotel after returning
on a late night international flight and left early the next morning to catch a
ferry back to Victoria. We were picked up by the shuttle service within minutes
of calling. The room was very nice, clean and quiet. The hotel is a easy walk
from a skytrain station (about a block away) and the direct express bus to the
Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times before. It has been renovated during
the past few years. There is a very good restaurant in the hotel.
We were very happy...Great location, clean and free parking great deal

We stayed at this hotel in Nov . I booked this room 2 months ahead of time. We
had asked for a room with 2 beds and we ended up in a room with 1 dbl bed. I
went with my cousin and we did not want to sleep in the same bed. The dishes in
the room were filthy. We went to the restaurant/bar for food and the service was
really slow. The food was good and that is about all besides the shuttle to the
airport that was good with this hotel.

I only stayed overnight to catch the next flight out of Vancouver. Shuttle
service, Front desk, Restaurant- everybody was very helpful and friendly, rooms
very spacious and the included continental breakfast was freshly made!

If you are looking for a cheap, convenient Airport hotel with free shuttle, look
no further
This hotel met expectations. It was close to the airport, right on the bus route
to get downtown, was clean and cheap. Everything you want for a 24hr layover imo.
Price was right, shuttle service was good and if I had to stay by the airport
again and they had the best price in the area I wouldn’t hesitate.

Price was reasonable. Restaurant was lacking. No business center. Decent. Clean.
Reasonable price. Better than some I've states in. Not as good as others. I'd
say overall, it's in the top of the bottom half. Great Location, continental
breakfast. Road noise, I was given a first floor room. Great location. Lots of
parking spaces available. However, the air conditioning / heater system in the
room I lived in was too noisy, it's rather distracting at night time, and may
disturb the traveler's sleep. !

We only overnighted there and it was convenient to the International Airport.
Apart from the on site restaurant, we found another nearby which gave us the
type of meal we preferred on that night. The room had 2 double beds and very
little space around them, but it was comfortable.

I stayed with a couple of friends. It was close to the airport. Free shuttle to
and from the hotel/airport. If you're looking for a hotel with a free
continental breakfast, this is not the place. Even though their website states
that they offer a continental breakfast, the only thing you get is a cup of
coffee, a cup of orange juice, and a slice of toast. And there is no breakfast
area in the lobby like at other hotels. To get this breakfast, you have to go to
the onsite restaurant, Brooklyn Steakhouse and Lounge. A waitress brings the
breakfast to you. If you want more than the toast, coffee and juice, you have to
purchase additional items from the breakfast menu. We had the free breakfast
only on our first day, and after discovering what the free breakfast included,
we didn't go back. And plus, it really wasn't free because we felt obligated to
tip the waitress for bringing us our "free" toast, coffee and juice. Hotel is
also close to River Rock Casino. Even though the casino offers a shuttle that
makes a stop at the hotel, we just walked to the casino. Only a 5 minute walk.

We stayed for one night at this hotel. The decision was based on price and
location (in Richmond, relatively close to the airport).
Amenities: The fitness centre has two cardio machines- a treadmill that ceased
to function with adjustment of incline; and a basic stationery bike. The fitness
centre appears to be an old dining room with poor air-conditioning but the
windows can be opened.
In-room internet access costs 5.99CAD/day and the lobby also has a desktop that
allows internet access, I believe it is around 2-3cad/hour.
Rooms are poorly furnished with old furniture and electronics. The kitchenette
in our room is minimally equipped with a microwave and a mini refrigerator.
Bathroom: Bath towels are very small. Good water pressure of the shower.
Like: Free parking. Very good rate for high season.

Booked 1 night Executive package which provides hot breakfast (1EGG 2 Sausage
and TOAST) ask for nothing more! But the room rate and breakfast with tax was
good value. First given room on Bridgeport which is a main road to airport.
Thankfully we arrived mid afternoon so no problem changing to quieter room on
side of building. The hot tub looked clear and clean but we did not use. This
building is dated and has lots of built up grime in the corners of the bathroom.
The beds are firm without support but what the hey the price worked for us. Plus
free car park. So when compare Vancouver city centre rates is decent value.

Hotel was very helpful. I had a very late check in as we had a long wait at the
border. They gave us a much later check out the next day. This is a very simply
and plain hotel. Only look for it as a place to stay and all of your fun to be
off location. My car was brand new and sporty and it was just fine the next day
with no trouble. I think the way the building is angled and the use of trees, no
one can really see the parking lot.
Hotel is clean, comfortable, well run and close to the airport. Nice little
dining room with friendly staff.

Myself and my partner stayed here for 2 nights at the end of October. We had a
car so the free parking was very much appreciated. Only problem was that the car
was keyed by someone as it was parked in the car park underneath the hotel.
Check in was fast and efficient and our room was large, clean and well stocked.
We had a coffee maker in our room with the best hotel coffee I have had to this
date (it's usually pretty bad!).
We had heating in our room which was good because it was freezing outside!
The bed was quite comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. I didn't have a
problem with noise outside the room due to the tiled floor, we could only hear
the chambermaids wheeling their carts later in the morning but we were usually
awake by then.
The chambermaids were friendly but annoying. There was no do not disturb sign.
Both mornings we had one of them knock and wake us up, we told her we didn't
need our room done, then about 20 mins later the second one knocked and tried to
come in. I know they're just trying to do their job but it was annoying! Do not
disturb signs would be very useful!!!
All in all everything went quite smoothly.
