Stayed here for the sleep, park and fly option on a recent trip. Outstanding
value for the money. Room was clean and quiet. Used the free shuttle on the trip
to the airport, but the return flight was at 1:30 am and the shuttle only runs
from 4 am onward I think. But close proximity to the airport meant it was only
about $12 taxi ride. Will definitely stay again!

We used this little gem of a hotel for an overnight stopover. Not only that, but
we used it for long term parking while we flew off to Mexico for a week. The
check in process was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and
quiet. They have a free airport shuttle which starts at 4 am and runs every 30
minutes to the Vancouver International Airport, which is only 15 minutes away.
Underground parking was a little tight for my 1/2 ton pick-up, but quite
manageable. I did meet the security guard when I picked up my vehicle which was
reassuring. We were advised not to leave anything visible in the vehicle, which
makes good sense as the parking is accessible to anyone. We didn't save much
over the official long term parking rates, but the Airport parking authorities
charge a whopping 33% tax on top of the daily rate, so we saved that at least.
All in all a pleasant experience.

Stayed for one night prior to our trip to Mexico, the room was O.K. but the
restaurant was closed. We parked the car there for 7 days and used their airport
shuttle which runs every 30 mins on the hour. We inquired about the free hot
breakfast and were told it didn't start until 7 a.m, but as we were leaving at 6
a.m. they would provide a continental breakfast. At 5.30 a.m. we were told there
was no breakfast available, not a big deal but disappointing, however when we
returned 7 days later the shuttle left us freezing at the Vancouver airport for
almost an hour.
The only forgiving feature was that there was no charge to park for 7 nights.

I had serious concerns during my recent stay at this hotel from Nov 26 -29.
The biggest and most inconvenient was the restaurant/lounge being closed. On
Grey Cup weekend, seriously!? I received an email a couple days prior and no
mention was made of this. Not only is that very unprofessional but it ended up
costing me 3 return taxi fares to a restaurant so I could have dinner. I asked
for some sort of compensation at the desk but received nothing but lip service.
The room was to include hot breakfasts. One was available Sunday, but not on
Monday or Tuesday. Again an extra cost for a decent breakfast.
The shuttle that supposedly runs every 30 minutes took over an hour to get from
the airport to the hotel.
The cable TV only worked periodically with channels freezing for hours.
I would have expected some sort of compensation for all these shortcomings.
This hotel was the only unpleasant part of a great weekend in a great city.
