Stayed 2 times a night in this hotel after having arrived in the middle of the night and before leaving very early. The hotel is close by the airport and has a great shuttle service. Price was great for the quality offered and rooms were nice too.

Hotel is very close to Vancouver International Airport and allows you to park your vehicle (for a fee comparable to that of airport parking) while away on your trip. A 10 minute hotel shuttle takes you to and from the airport. Perfect! Hotel just completing its renovation. Our room was brand new with first class amenities. Some unusual but appreciated touches like dual flush toilets, quiet exhaust fan in bathroom, and LCD TV. Despite its proximity to the airport, the room was quite sound proof. Definitely on my list of places to stay if flying in or out of Vancouver.

We have stayed here several times over the years. Its nice and close to the airport. The hotel is very nice but not outstanding. The rooms have always been clean, are average sized and perfectly comfortable. The staff has always been very helpful. We love that this hotel allows pets.

We stayed here at the end of May for 1 night before our Alaskan Cruise and 1 nights after...Our Travel Agent Sears Travel recommended this place and for $ 99.00 a night was great... Right beside a marina and walking distance 10 minutes from a mainly Chinese Mall...We went here to eat was a great buffet @ the Asian mall.. Close by was the new rail system they are building for the 2010 Olympics...So that will be a plus when it's up and running...

We stayed for New Years Eve. Great staff! Great room! Great Priceline rate! Fun bar! Mark, the concierge, was awesome. He told us how to take the shuttle to the airport and then catch the skytrain downtown to the entertainment district on Granville for New Years so we didn't have to drive or pay the $30 for the cab ride. The only negative is the $10 to park.

How can I describe our stay there? We had a fantastic experience. The staff was excellent, and very accommodating for our needs. Our room was ready before we arrived, with a crib for our daughter, and fresh baked cookies in our room. They staff helped take our bags up to our room. The room was clean, the bed was soft, and the floor we were on were very quiet. The amenities in the room smelled great. The bathroom was clean and bright, and looked very modern. The service in the dining room was great. The food was a little pricey, but the selection available was excellent. You get what you pay for. Thus, how could I sum our experience there? It was like staying at the Hyatt Place, with a lot more class.

Stayed for one night at the end of a very long flight. Arrived at 1:00 a.m. with a starving daughter in tow. There was no food available but the manager appeared at our door with a tray containing apples, crackers and milk - how thoughtful is that? I'd never expect such personal attention and service from a large Airport hotel and we were very touched by Melanie's thoughtfulness.

I'd read some less-than- complimentary comments about the rooms here but, we stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was absolutely beautiful. The carpets in the hallways, the lobby decor, everything about the place was top-notch, first-class. They have apparently reached completed up to the 4th floor in their renovations so, anything higher might disappoint but, if you are looking for wonderful customer service and a place to sleep before or after a flight then, I'd suggest the Delta - no matter what room you get.

The price we paid for one night included two weeks parking. It was a ridiculously low figure given the quality of the hotel, the location and the included parking ($119). Once all the renos are complete I can only think they'll raise the rates commensurate with the value of the place so, book now for a great deal!

I was hesitant to stay here after reading these reviews, but my three night stay was lovely. We upgraded to the 10th floor for a minimal fee. My room was nice, clean, updated. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful and the fitness center is certainly passable for a hotel gym. But I cannot say enough about the staff. They were pleasant, helpful, accommodating. Everyone we encountered went above and beyond. Thank you

I originally wanted to stay in downtown Vancouver but everything seemed booked up. In the end I'm so happy we stayed at Delta Airport and took cabs or drove into the city. The service was amazing. The beds in the upgraded rooms are phenomenal. The pool was very fun (a hot tub would be lovely though). Elephant & Castle is great for outdoor eating and hanging out! My experience was all around wonderful!! Thank you!

It was our honeymoon and brought us chocolate strawberries and champ. Nothing, great hotel. Convenient location; excellent complimentary hotel transfer to airport; very comfortable beds; quick check-in. Great hotel and I will definitely stay there again.

This hotel is a nice hotel. It is clean and is in a good location close to the airport The June Jacobs Spa products are nice. The view from our room was spectacular overlooking the water. The bed was nice except it has a white comforter- which you have to be a bit careful with. The only problem we had was the shower nozzle was a bit too short for my taller 6" partner. There is also no complimentary breakfast served. There is a restaurant connected to the hotel but its a bit expensive $5 for a small bowl of soup. There is no fast food or any shopping malls within walking distance of the hotel. Hotel has a nice fitness center lots of functioning equipment and a large bowl of fresh apples At night you get bottled water, chocolates, the morning paper and a weather report for the next day.

Every time we fly out of YVR in the early am, we treat ourselves to the Delta. We live in Pitt Meadows so a check in of 4:30 am is so much better when we've begun our vacation the day before! We always have dinner at the Elephant and Castle, not great but always reliable. Then its bed which is comfy and the wake up call comes far too early. We would never consider any other hotel as the Delta has proved to be consistent and reliable. We always leave our car and have had no issues. And, you can convert your air miles to a Delta gift card to put towards your room charges!

We were here the night before our NCL cruise and were booked here by them.
Upon check in we were offered an upgrade to their premier room for $20. It had an upgraded bed and had a view of the harbour. We took it and were very pleased. The room was nice and clean. Got a good nights sleep on the bed (though with jet lag I would have slept well on anything).
The only strange thing about the room was the coffee maker being in the bathroom.
The Elephant and Castle restaurant connected to the hotel was really nice and was pretty popular. Cannot comment on the pool because we didn't use it.

The best thing about the hotel was the breakfast. They offered a buffet breakfast with a lot of choice. They also made omlettes to order. Everything offered was fresh and tastey.
Overall the hotel was enjoyable. It was also quiet which not always common with airport hotels.

Since I arrived at this hotel I have been very happy so far (have stayed two nights with 2 more to go). The staff has been the best part of the experience, super friendly and willing to help with anything. I upgraded to a premium room for $20 CAD, which I thought was a good deal since you do have to pay for internet in the deluxe rooms. and do not in the premium rooms, so it basically ends up being a few more US dollars per night. My view over the harbor is great and I love the fact that I can actually open my window for some fresh air (it looks like you can open a portion of the window in all rooms)

The rooms are clean and while they are not fully updated, I thought they were pleasant to stay in. The gym is good as stated in another review and has a good variety of equipment. Shuttle bus from the airport is fast and easy. You do have to pay for parking if you have your own car.

I give it overall 4 stars, since I think for the price, the hotel is a good value. I liked this hotel and I will make it my place to stay whenever I travel through Vancouver.

Our company has been coming here for many years.

Rooms are in need of some care. Bedding is the only redeeming quality; sheets are starched & pressed. Mattresses are another story; firm with a semi thick mattress pad making the bed a fluffy pillow top wannabe. Furniture is dated and Television is a throwback to the early 80's. Get with it folks!

Fitness center is open 24hrs. Pretty damn good actually. Aside from cardio equipment, free weights and weight machine, gym has a nice view and is accessorized with towels (some chilled!); apples and water to quench your thirst.

Have a pint (or three) at the enjoyable Elephant & Castle next door! Super nice staff and cool bar area. Try the awesome Fish 'n Chips. Food is good and many beers to choose from. Great view too from most tables.

Bus stop is right out front of the hotel, making it easy for a fast getaway. 25-30min ride to downtown area. Coins only so be prepared.

The Delta hotel chain seems to cater to business travelers. Not a lot of frills, but the basics are well covered.

There is a bar/restaurant on site (The Elephant and Castle), there is a small pool, a fitness center and wifi in the lobby is free, though we had to pay for internet in the room.

We were visiting Vancouver for a long weekend and my wife got a great rate on Allure-hotels.com for this hotel. The hotel is very close to the airport and a little further south from the places to visit in Vancouver, but it was a good deal, none the less.

I stayed at this hotel for one night before leaving Vancouver and chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport. My premium room on the sixth floor overlooked the marina and the pool and was a nice view. Bedding was very nice, no fridge, but there was a coffee maker in the bathroom. I thought the walls were a bit thin, as I could hear most noises outside of my room. Service was excellent; I was greeted by my name anytime I phoned for service, room service was fast, friendly and food was very good (club sandwich and fries) and I was offered a bottle of water from the bellhop while relaxing outside. The restaurant looked very busy and fun upon viewing. A free shuttle running every 20 minutes to the airport was on time and a nice cost savings. I would recommend this hotel if you choose to stay at the airport area, however, there is nothing close by to visit on foot.

It is a cozy hotel but the room rate is bit pricey. If you’re looking for a hotel nearby to the airport. This hotel is your choice. Also, you do not miss your emails if you go to the hotel lobby for free Wi-Fi connection, although the speed is bit sluggish.
