The hotel has a nice warm feeling to it. All the staff were helpful in every way. My wife and I had a tasteful supper in the small friendly pub, was more then we expected, nice to go to a pup where it's quiet and you can have a conversation. The hotel is located by lots of shopping, IKEA, Costco ect. My wife and I decided we would be staying here again if in the area, not a problem there. They have my vote!

We stayed at the Abercorn because we could leave our car while we flew off to Mexico for a worry-free holiday. In booking we liked the price and location so gave it a try. We found the hotel to be comfortable and the staff pleasant and efficient. We had a meal and some drinks in the pub and they were well prepared and well served. Although we left too early to enjoy the full breakfast that was included, there was a nice enough selection of muffins and pastries and some good coffee available at the very early hour we departed. Our car did not sustain any damage in our absence and the logistics of retrieving it were pain free. The shuttle service was prompt and pleasant. We will stay here the next time we travel via Vancouver Airport.

Stayed here a few times, generally no bad surprises. Comfy pub with friendly service good place for dinner and a beer. Internet seems to work properly so far. A wee bit pricey depending on current rates, but it is a better hotel than several of its neighbors. Quaint appearance, ample parking outside.

I only stayed for one night during a weekend trip. The hotel is sort of old and outdated, but for the price I’m satisfied. The room is comfy, neat and clean, continental breakfast is decent, and I had no problem using it’s Wi-Fi. Hotel employees are friendly. The only down side is the parking lot is really small, and it’s hard to get in and out. Good for the price

Very satisfied with our recent 4-day stay at this hotel. Staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean and a very good rate when we booked. Conveniently located close to many facilities. Continental breakfast was average and never ate in the restaurant so can’t comment on the food there. Recommend this hotel

We choose the Best Western Abercorn Inn because of its location easy to get to the airport and near the Casino which is a great way to kill a few hours in the evening. Our room was nothing fancy but was clean and easily met the Best Western standards. The staff was helpful in arranging our transportation to the airport in the morning. The Hotel has been there a while but the Tudor style decor gave me that holiday feeling of being somewhere different. Will will be back next time we fly out of Vancouver.

On a recent vacation to Vancouver BC we had the pleasure of staying at the Abercorn Inn for 6 nights.

The building's classic English tudor style was a step back in time...cosy and comfortable.

The service was friendly, the morning buffet was excellent and the dinner menu specialized in a dozen or so excellent entries (try the stuffed trout).

All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

we often need a room near the airport in Vancouver and over the years have found the staff and food at the Abercorn to be great value. our rooms are always clean and the staff are getting to know me now and often offer a free room upgrade when ever they can. The free shuttle is a big plus as well from the airport. great price great value and love the staff.

A nice clean hotel near the Vancouver airport. Very easy access to the airport from the hotel. We stayed here one night on our way home from an Alaskan cruise that ended in Vancouver BC. We found the hotel to be clean and in a good location. The hotel is old but seems to have been remodeled at some point. It has a restaurant and a bar but we didn't try either one of them. However we did not hear any noise from either one in the hotel. We chose this hotel because we felt it was a good value and we would only be staying one night. We could have stayed at a more high end hotel but this place was just as nice for the money. We also got lost and had to call for directions and the staff was very competent, Check in and check out were easy.

Close to Vancouver airport, decent room, very nice complimentary breakfast ,and free wireless. A variety of restaurants are a short drive away. Hotel cost was reasonable. What more can you ask for.
