We had a very nice dinner here once so we thought we would stay here this time
around. The room they gave us had a step ladder in the middle of the room and a
vacuum cleaner. The door was open. We called down to the desk and they said it
was a mistake and asked if the room across the hall would be alright. When we
turned on the bathroom light it was flickering and making noise. We asked if
they could fix that and they did. Later we heard the heater come on and it made
a terrible noise. We just decided to live with it since we would not be in the
room that much. The beds were comfortable but the heater kept us up most of the
night. The breakfast they had there was very nice. The restaurant is very
comfortable. The front desk staff was also very nice and professional. They did
try to fix the problems with the rooms. We probably will stay at another
location next time we visit though.

The halls and feel of this Inn are warm and charming. Deposit was $30 night, not
too bad. Shuttle to and from airport, is an excellent option. Room had all that
I needed, comfy, cozy, and warm.

My family and I stayed at the Abercorn prior to catching a flight to the UK. We
were very happy with our room and the free shuttle service to the airport was
great. The front desk staff was very helpful in finding us a particular
restaurant even to the point of printing off a Google map for us.

We stayed their before our trip and took the shuttle back and forth to the
hotel. When we got back 3 of our windows had been smashed out and our car was
broken into. All the hotel would say...you parked at your own risk. We had
booked 5 rooms with them I felt they could have done something to help us out
when we came in late at night and had to deal with this. Also is you are
advertising "Park / Sleep / Fly" you should offer a safe parking lot. There were
3 others vehicles besides ours with smashed out windows. Last year when we did
this we stayed at a different hotel....next trip I will stay where my vehicle is
safer. We are very unhappy.

We stayed here for 1 night before our trip out of the country. It was
conveniently located to the Airport. A short shuttle ride there and back. We
were able to park our car for free for the 10 days. The hotel also has a nice
pub as well as a fine dining room. Both were great. It also offered an early
breakfast for those leaving on an early flight. The front desk paid for our taxi
both ways as the shuttle wasn't operating on our schedule. They even reimbursed
us the tip we paid the taxi driver. We had excellent service from the Hotel and
we will definitely stay here again. Certainly next year and hopefully sooner. |
