My husband and I were in Vancouver for 2 days and we loved staying at
the hotel. It had a 24hrs airport shuttle, walking distance to the store
and Ihop. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and
comfortable. The only problem is that the walls are too thin, we could
hear the person in the next room taking a shower. We had to leave the
window open during the day to air out the room. Otherwise I would
recommend this hotel and would book this hotel the next time I go to
Victoria or Vancouver.

We stayed in February and had a great experience. The rooms were
spacious, bright, nicely decorated, clean and well stocked with every
amenity one could need. The staff were friendly & helpful, recommended a
good restaurant nearby & arranged their free shuttle service to the
airport in the wee hours of the morning. They also gave us wake up
calls, helped load our stuff, offered us free coffee & internet use
while we waited to go. What a great way to start a trip! We have booked
again & looking forward to it!

Shuttle service was great. Rooms were clean and quiet. Good value for
the price. I was very satisfied with the stay. No complaints at all.
Easiest place if you have to stay overnight for another flight.

The hotel is pretty dated and should really be a motel has you enter
your room from outside rather than inside. The door lock wasn’t very
secure. At 6:30, I was there for the shuttle but it wasn’t big enough
for the people waiting. We were lucky enough to get on the 7:00 shuttle
but it was a struggle.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The shuttle to and from the
airport ran frequently, which was a major bonus for me as I was only in
Vancouver for the night. The amenities actually looked pretty nice, wish
I had time to check them out.

I stayed for 2 nights at this location. The rooms were beautifully decorated and
very clean. The staff were wonderful and suggested things to do in Vancouver.
The airport shuttle was prompt and the driver very friendly. I will stay again
at this location next time I am in Vancouver.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Accent Inn in Richmond and it was
just as great as the last! It is a basic outside room hotel but you can be
assured that the rooms will be spotless, smell fresh and are extremely
comfortable (with alot of space too). Customer service is another thing that
they excel at. Front desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful and the
housekeeping matched as well. I definitely recommend this hotel for
affordability and comfort. As well they offer a great BC Ferries package, $338
including taxes for 2 people round trip on the ferries with reservations and 2
nights accommodation!

Convenience to airport & free 24 hour shuttle. Only 1 lift in center of building
to service a large complex. Very helpful & friendly staff. Clean comfortable
rooms. Easy bus ride to downtown. Return bus ride needs to go via airport but
hotel shuttle service will pick you up. IHOP restaurant ( pancakes) not for
everyone.

We certainly got our money's worth just taking the free airport shuttle. The
hotel staff was knowledgeable regarding public transit. The room was basic and
clean. The hot tub room was VERY clean. We walked down the street to other
eating places rather than the IHOP next door. . I am sure if you were unable to
walk the 1/4 mile, the shuttle would drop you off at these facilities. This was
not a 5-star hotel, but just as much if not MORE confort-able. Being close to
the airport we thought it might be noisy, but it was very quiet. Another think
we really liked as plenty of towels.

Room very spacious, clean and modern; convenient and free airport shuttle. No
continental breakfast; three stories with no elevator. Hotel was close to an
I-hop, which made breakfast easy. Generally in this price range, though, a
continental breakfast is included. We didn't need an elevator, but it was only
because we had a quick overnight stay and we are physically fit. It would have
been difficult to reach the third floor with actual luggage. The room was
spacious, very clean, modern and comfortable. The free airport shuttle was a
huge bonus - it leaves every half hour 24 hours a day.

So, I scoured the internet looking at all the ratings of all the Vancouver
hotels that I could find. I finally was overwhelmed with all the info and just
ended up picking the Accent Inns Airport Vancouver! It was great. The staff was
helpful and very courteous. They have an excellent free shuttle to and from the
airport. The room was very clean. It has an Ihop right beside it so that was
nice for our family in the morning. It is located right off of highway 99 so it
has quick and very easy access right into downtown Van. One thing that I didn’t
realize when I booked the room was that this is a motel. It didn’t matter but I
thought I would just put that out there!! The only, only, only thing that I can
really say a bit of a negative comment on is that the hot tub was a bit on the
cool side. I’ll be back...soon

This property is located near Vancouver International Airport and runs a shuttle
service on an ongoing basis. A restaurant is located on the property. The staff
at this location is second to none. Have stayed there on numerous occasion. In
my past life as a Travel Manager I do not recollect ever receiving a complaint
from any client. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who asks,

This is a very handy hotel to the airport. The Inn provides a free 24 hr shuttle
to & from the airport. They provide maps & directions on how to get by car/bus
to the big shopping centre in Richmond. If you want to get to the down town
Vancouver area it is about 30 - 40 mins by bus and they give you printed
instructions on which bus to catch from where. There is a myriad of fast food
places & normal restaurants within 5 - 10 mins walk. Fogg n Sudds across the
road is great !!. There is an ihop restaurant in the hotel.
The rooms are comfortable & clean. The rooms at the back face gardens & would be
quieter than the ones facing the main road.

Stayed at the Accent Inn for 2 nights for a shopping trip. Got a excellent rate,
checked in early, and had no problems. The only little thing is there is hardly
ANY parking late at night. The rooms were clean, everyone was nice, and didn't
hear a sound from any of the other guests, and judging from the parking lot the
hotel was full. I will stay here again.

Often when I travel, it is a mixture of business and pleasure so it is always
nice to find a hotel that offers the resources to work, with the comfort and
escapism needed to fully relax and enjoy time off.
One such place is the Accent Inns Airport Hotel in Richmond B.C. Located close
to the airport and several bars and restaurants, the hotel is a comfortable
place for travelers to stay for both business and leisure.
My first night at the hotel underscored the versatility of the locale as I was
able to plug into the free internet access and work while I relaxed in one of
the hotels suites. The spacious front room included a work desk, phone, chairs,
as well as the usual couch and table. What really gave the unit a home away from
home feel was the inclusion of a mini fridge, stove, and microwave aside from
the standard television.
A door separated the front room from the hallway that lead to the bathroom and
bedroom. The bedroom was very comfy and also included a television as well as
closet space and a clock radio and telephone.
The hotel paid attention to little details like including a fire extinguisher in
the room, as well as stocked cupboards that included pots, pans, flatware, cups,
and more to allow guests to cook from their unit. This came in very handy when
my wife arrived Friday night and wanted to try some of the leftover from the
previous night.
My first night in the hotel was hectic for me, as I had to login to find where I
was supposed to go on a film set the next day and the helpful staff not only
provided me with directions to the desired locale but also a connection cable
for my laptop so I could access my e-mail from my room. (The hotel also has free
net access in the lobby as well as a flight check in terminal).
As anyone can tell you, working with films can be very tiring as was the case
with me and an early morning set call. As soon as the days shooting was done, I
had to get downtown to pick up my wife who was traveling in that night due to a
schedule conflict that prevented her from coming up with me the previous night.
You can imagine how after a early morning and full day on set, as well as a
drive during rush hour over a holiday weekend downtown and back, we were ready
to relax.
The hotel once again had everything we could want with a relaxing hot tub, and a
spacious and quiet room to return to after dining
The next morning required me to be up to speak at a conference at a nearby hotel
and once again the staff was dead on with directions which allowed me to be back
to the room by 1:00PM so we could finally relax and enjoy our weekend.
Once again the hotel stepped up as we were able to get dinner and eat in our
room, while we relaxed on the couch. Most hotels only offer limited cable
stations, but the Accent had a full range of the local stations and we were able
to watch the season premiere of Battlestar Galactica instead of having to wait
until we returned. I mention this as many people at the conference bemoaned that
their fancy and very costly hotel did not offer the network that carried the
show in their rooms.
It is little touches like this that allow for guests to unwind, as when they are
away from home, they want to know that comforts they are used to at home, can be
easily obtained should they desire them.
The room also included free local calls and pay per view movies and games.
Simply put, this was one of the most enjoyable stays I have ever had and the
versatility of the hotel to handle both my business and tourist needs was
superior to most hotels including the more posh hotels with very high rates that
say they cater to business guests but nickel and dime you for everything from
calls to net access.

great. The rooms very comfortable and clean. Staff treated us very well and were
