We have stayed at the Hilton Vancouver Airport twice now, once for a 4 day conference and once for a stay after coming into the airport with our 4 kids. We had been booked into another hotel by our credit card company but we cancelled it as it was terrible and went back to the Hilton instead what a relief! The beds and pillows are to die for!!!! Great service by the front counter when we needed 2 rooms at the last minute, really friendly and very helpful!!!! Highly recommend.

I have stayed several times at this Hilton when I have an early morning flight out of Vancouver airport. The hotel itself is nothing special but the rooms are comfortable and there is a large Jacuzzi in the fitness room to relax in. There are many restaurants nearby and a shopping mall. The worst part is waiting for the shuttle bus to the hotel from the airport, but the return journey works well. I have found this hotel to be a good place to transit for one night.

I had a friend flying in/out of Vancouver so I booked this hotel for convenience. This hotel is located in Richmond, but provides a free airport shuttle. I was upgraded to a small suite with no balcony. The room had 2 flat screen TV's, a pull out couch, but no mini fridge. All was clean and tidy. I would recommend this hotel for anyone flying in/out of Vancouver, but it is a long way from downtown and all the action....oh, and the fitness centre was neat and tidy with newer equipment.

The hotel is comfortable and fairly quiet (some airport noise, but not obtrusive). It is served by a regular shuttle bus at 30 min intervals and is about 15-20 minutes away from the terminal itself. I was over-nighting and left before breakfast so cannot comment on the food service. An excellent choice for an overnight stay, but it is a good distance from Vancouver city centre so would not suit a traveler to Vancouver. Good option for Vancouver Airport

The hotel was pretty close to the airport and the folks at the reception area were helpful enough. The room was comfortable and clean, which was great. I was there for both work and leisure so the hotel provided necessary rest and relaxation. Reliable and pleasant personnel and the amenities were expected from business hotels. I would go back if I had to stay in Richmond again.

I got stuck in Vancouver over night and this was my second choice after the Fairmont was full. The free airport shuttle took a while but still it was free. The room felt a little bit small but it was still a great corner unit with a balcony and view of the airport.

Stayed a number of times with everything being great, close to airport, shopping mall across the street, lots of restaurants' within walking distance and a couple of pubs nearby. Everything you so close to hotel.

This is one of those hotels where the front desk service is so good that other hoteliers should stop by and see how great service can really be. There is nothing pompous, fawning or solicitous about the front desk service... it's sincere, proactive, friendly and efficient.

In the course of checking in, the front desk staff: told me about a fast and easy option for returning my rental car within the hotel; arranged for a very early morning shuttle ride to the airport; arranged for a wake-up call; arranged for a packed breakfast because the hotel restaurant would not be open so early; and gave me excellent dining recommendations in an area close to the hotel. Wow! How many front desk staffs offer this level of service on a proactive basis?

The room we were given was comfortable, quiet, larger than expected, and well equipped. The housekeeping is excellent, although the carpet showed some signs of age. There is a charge for internet access.

The hotel is located in an area close to many excellent restaurants and a block away from a very large shopping center.

We had a good night's sleep, a wake up call as promised, a prompt and friendly shuttle ride to the airport with our packed breakfasts in hand and complementary coffee from the lobby.

If you need to stay close to the Vancouver Airport and you want a hassle-free stay, this is the hotel to choose.

This hotel is about a 10 minute drive from the airport, next door to the Marriott and a Best Western. It, like them, is a bit old, but at least it still seems to be trying.

It is in a good shopping area with a good choice of restaurants around. The express bus to downtown is an easy walk away and it takes about 35 minutes.

But the hotel itself is a bit small and cramped and generally old fashioned. It has a small outdoor pool and one patchy tennis court.

Good helpful service and clean rooms.

Perfectly adequate for one nights stay before or after a long flight

I booked a junior suite at only $10 more per night than the regular room. Suite was excellent - great climate control, very quiet, high floor, view, comfy bed. My biggest complaint was that there is no wifi in the room, just an ethernet cable - so if you are traveling with a computer that does not have ethernet you are out of luck. The lobby has free wifi however and the bar turned out to be a reasonably quiet and comfortable place to work for an hour or so in the evening. Morning breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. Parking is wierd, they have many levels and it was difficult to figure out what to do at check-in. I gave up and had the hotel staff explain it to me. Hotel is convenient to the airport, less convenient to downtown etc. With the exception of the wifi not in room issue, I found this to be an excellent hotel and especially liked having a suite at very near the regular room price. Front desk was very helpful and printed my airline boarding pass immediately when I showed up with a USB stick.
