I stayed at the Hampton Inn Vancouver Airport Hotel for one
night before catching an early morning flight back to the US. It
was excellent -- comfortable bed, great room on the top floor.
The hallways were well lit and wide. I had stayed at another
hotel close to the airport at a previous time, and although it
was fine, the Hampton Inn was much better. I love Hampton Inns
as a rule anyway, and this particular one did not disappoint. It
is perfect for the airport with a free shuttle that drives right
up to the lobby door. Just be sure to tell the driver whether
you're flying domestic or international so that he'll drop you
off at the right place at the airport. I plan to stay here every
time I'm in Vancouver before flying back home.Guest Reviews of the Hampton Inn Vancouver Airport Hotel

Compared to the comfort inn down the street, this place was
slightly cheaper and welcoming. The room was cozy with the
standard big box tv and the view of the neighboring
hotel--stinky free. It's about a 5 minute drive from golden
village Chinatown and most of the dwellers were coming
from/going to the airport nearby. There's an open computer next
to the receptionist to search for any last minute stops or
whatever. The self serve continental breakfast offered cheese
omelets, muffins, scones, toast, bagels and canned fruit. Not
too shabby and very clean.

The hotel wasn't bad. The room was small and the bathroom
ridiculously tiny but I didn't mind for the price, especially
since they don't charge for parking which is rare in Richmond. I
was pleased with the hotel

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The staffs are friendly,
our room is comfortable and clean and it also provides free high
speed internet (Wifi), free breakfast and free shuttle to the
airport. All these for under $90 CAD a night which I think is a
good deal. My only complain for the hotel is it doesn't has
enough parking. I needed to park my rental car on nearby street
for quite a few times during my stay since the lot was always
full.

The hotel provided excellent service and value. The hot
breakfasts were an unexpected feature. Bed quality and the size
of the rooms for our 5 day stay were likewise generous and the
high speed internet connection performed flawlessly. One minor
deficiency was that mixer tap in the bathromm delivered only
warm water, not hot, as in the basin taps ( and in my son's room
next door) but since this temperature was adequate for both
baths and showers it was not a serious detraction from our
enjoyment merely a curious (probably maintenace related) quirk.
All in all an enjoyable stay in my wife's hometown.Guest Reviews of the Hampton Inn Vancouver Airport Hotel

Having just gone through a wonderful experience at a Hampton
Inn, I decided to give it another shot at the Vancouver Airport
and I was completely satisfied once again. The rate was
extremely reasonable, and the bed just as heavenly as the
previous Hampton. The breakfast was adequate and provided a
great start to the day. Staff was good and the business center
was convenient to arrange my travel itinerary. Hotel is in close
proximity to the airport and there seems to be a rail link
constructed for the 2010 Winter Olympics Guest Reviews of the Hampton Inn Vancouver Airport Hotel

The evening front desk people were friendly and helpful at check
in and recommending restaurants. They called 15 minutes after we
arrived to make sure we were happy with the room. The room was
very clean and well appointed. I was impressed by little things
like the lap desk and I appreciated being able to see air
traffic without hearing it.
Breakfast was nice and met our needs. I liked the location
because it is close to the Tsawwassen ferry and the City of
Vancouver. Check out historic Steveston, just a short drive from
the Hampton Inn.Guest Reviews of the Hampton Inn Vancouver Airport Hotel

Very friendly and helpful. Excellent location, reasonable, clean
and very friendly and helpful. Very nice hotel with large rooms.
This hotel is just a short distance from the airport, with free
shuttle service to and from the airport. Would highly recommend
this hotel.

Average is the best I can do. Front desk was not knowledgeable
about local eating selections. Shuttle driver almost dropped us
at the wrong location at the airport and then was irritated that
he had to drive around to get us where we needed to be.

Stayed here 3 nights. Good, friendly, helpful staff. Overall we
were pleased with this hotel. Rooms are clean and reasonably
sized. Wireless internet didn't work most of the time. Front
desk said it was probably overloaded. We couldn't log on most
evenings and early mornings. Breakfast has very limited
selection.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn the night before an early morning
flight out of Vancouver and it did not disappoint. The room was
fine, if rather small, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.
We used the business center to print out our boarding passes,
and when we asked if they would be open for breakfast at the
ridiculously early hour at which we had to leave, they said no
but that they would have "to-go" breakfast bags available for us
with a muffin, apple, cereal bar, and water. Sure enough, when
we asked the man at the front desk for the bags at 3:55 the next
morning, he went and got them for us. The free shuttle appeared
shortly after for our trip to the airport, and the driver was
helpful with our luggage and got us to the airport in plenty of
time (it's about a 10-minute ride).
There is no restaurant at the hotel, but there are a few within
walking distance and they had menus for most of them at the
front desk. You wouldn't want to make this your hotel for a trip
to Vancouver, but for a place to stay near the airport it was
great!Guest Reviews of the Hampton Inn Vancouver Airport Hotel

We choose this hotel because of the proximity to the airport and
the free shuttle pickup. We were picked up promptly at the
airport and delivered to the front door of the Hampton inn in
approximately 10 minutes!!
The beds are very comfy with the pillow top mattress.
The only negative I can report is the noise factor. There is a
busy street immediately in front of the hotel, so there is
traffic noise constantly. If you are a light sleeper you might
also be awakened by the sounds of airplanes. (my husband was)
The continental breakfast was better than most as it included
some hot items such as eggs and sausage.Guest Reviews of the Hampton Inn Vancouver Airport Hotel |
