Guest Reviews of the Hampton Inn Vancouver Airport Hotel Jul 5, 2008 Fantastic hotel located in Richmond, BC. We redeemed our Hilton Honors points to get a complimentary night stay at this Hampton Inn Vancouver Airport - Richmond. It's quite near to the Richmond Chinatown area and also to the River Rock Casino. Loved Kelong Restaurant - great Singapore and Malaysian food! The hotel has impeccable service and made sure we had a comfortable stay. The breakfast was not too bad and why not, 'cos it's free! Internet service was great too! Guest Reviews of the Hampton Inn Vancouver Airport Hotel May 1, 2008 The front desk clerks were very friendly and informative. I stayed for only two nights and so had one afternoon to see the city. They suggested Stanley Park, which overlooked the snow capped mountains. Great choice and knowledge by the staff. Room and breakfast was the usual Hampton Style. Hotel is 5 minutes from the airport but you can't tell due to the quietness of the hotel. Guest Reviews of the Hampton Inn Vancouver Airport Hotel Apr 8, 2008 This hotel is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Our rooms had been broken into. The General Manger did not only kicked my family out but also accused us of calling their employees thieves without any proof. They did not take any responsibilities in our missing items and dare yell at us (the consumers). I have never seen such poor service in my entire life. I felt racism towards my family during our arguments with the general Manager (Georgeta Donici). The staff, Ryan (assistance manger), Grace (staff) and Johnny (staff) were inexperienced in dealing with this situation. I was very unsatisfied with their attitude and tone of voice towards my family and I. This Hotel gave me a very bad impression of Canada. I will most likely never go back to Canada because of this incident!!!! |
