The good was that they let 11 of us come for a birthday party and eat from their
DOV menu. Unlike some DOV restaurants we were not rushed in any way and for $18
the 3 course menu was OK, nothing special but my expectations were not too high.
The bad was the long waits for service, arrived at 7.00PM and left at 9.45PM.
Had a young boy with us and we had to ask for soup crackers to keep him from
fading away. Like, how long should it take for a soup or salad to come out of
the kitchen? Not 45 mins.
The waiter was quick to bring us more drinks but slow with the food. When you
get a tip based on the total price obviously its more profitable bringing drinks
to a table than 11 food orders. (keeps management happy too)
If it hadn't been so foggy the view on the river would have been better. Might
come back one day. |
