Stayed here two nights - one before our trip to Mexico and one night on our
return. Excellent communications, both online (they even re-confirm by email a
few days before your expected arrival) and face-to-face

Both rooms we stayed in were very clean and well appointed. Had a bit of road
noise during morning rush hour when we stayed in one of the front (south) rooms
but the room facing ....
