This hotel is old & not properly maintained. Upon arrival, there is a
long wait to be checked in, another long wait for the elevator as 2 out
of 3 elevator were not working properly. Got into the elevator, got
stuck 3 times before arriving on our floor. Scary!
The climate control in the room didn't work properly, had a bad nite of
sleep. Woken up by a knock on the door because the maid want to check if
we had checked out so that she could clean the room!

Friendly, personable, quick check-in. Extremely comfortable bed with a
soothing shower. Quiet rooms. Close to the airport with frequent shuttle
bus available. Would definitely stay there again for business.

My husband and I wanted a hotel near the airport as our plane landed
very late. We wanted one that provided shuttle service as well. Delta
Vancouver airport had what we needed. Very easy to get to with their
shuttle service and the check in process was very smooth. The hotel was
able to offer us a late checkout time of 4pm as we arrived so late. It
was greatly appreciated.
At time of booking we had mentioned that we had a slight allergy to
animals and needed a pet free room. When we went into the room we could
tell that the carpets were recently shampooed. The room was very clean.
The bed was very comfortable. As it was very late we were absolutely
thrilled to hear that room service was available. It arrived quick, warm
and yummy.
The only issue we encountered during our stay was that there was an odd
odour coming from the bathroom. Since it was late and we were tired we
just kept our bathroom door closed and let the guest service agents know
about it in the morning.
Our stay was short but Delta made it very comfortable.

This hotel is a little gem for folks traveling in and out of Vancouver.
Stayed here for a short getaway weekend and could not have picked a
better place. The staff was very professional but provided great
personal touches in their interaction with the customer. From the
shuttle driver, valet, front desk and housekeeping they were all
consistently professional and friendly.
The rooms were nicely updated and the bathrooms were updated as well.
The carpets could have used some steaming at spots, but overall the room
was acceptably clean. The only thing that I wish all hotels offered was
free internet access from the rooms. This hotel had free wifi in the
lobby area, but charged daily for wired internet access.
Parking was plentiful, but check with the front desk for charges. Access
to the hotel was easy, but finding the entrance drive at first was a
little tricky. The shuttles were on time and best of all free. They even
offer a shuttle to local Richmond B.C. locations. This is a great
service to the customer considering that this hotel is a little isolated
from shops and restaurants.
Overall a great airport hotel that has a great staff making the hotel
even better.
