We stayed here following a late-night flight because of the proximity to the
hotel, their shuttle service and the price. It was the smallest hotel room we've
ever stayed in but it was clean. The shuttle worked great, the hotel staff was
very helpful and the extras (water and snacks) were nice. We ate at a Denny's
that was an easy walk then took the shuttle back to the airport to catch the
Skytrain to downtown.

The location of the hotel puts you at about a 15 minute walk from the sky train
which takes you right into the heart of Vancouver. The room I stayed in was
quite nice and certainly the service was great - from the moment of check in
until I left, the staff were very friendly. They offer a good service to/from
the airport. Most tastes are catered for in terms of food as well. Would stay
there again for sure!

Was in town for a wedding. Staff were very accommodating arranging an early
check in. Hotel a larger property with my options. Was disappointed no newspaper
available in lobby and no hotel information binder in the room. Room was large
and clean

the room looked good, but had a musty odor. I have friends who would not have
survived in the room. Fortunately given the lovely weather we kept the balcony
door open (balcony was lovely and looked over a lovely pool area)
The entire site was very confusing, it would have been very helpful to have a
map of the place with the fitness area identified. I was surprised Steve Nash
had his name on the very run down fitness club. One reason I booked here was the
pool, fortunately it was nice and we could use the outside pool because on a
long weekend in the summer the inside pool was closed for its annual maintenance
for four days. go figure.
Staff was very helpful.

This hotel is a nice, large property and close to a good selection of lounges
and restaurants. Pool and fitness centre are enjoyable.
