Stayed one night prior to a flight. Room was clean and functional nothing more.
Old dumpy van used for airport shuttle. My wifeI was expecting an outside
telephone call so she phoned the front desk to ask if there was a charge for
receiving calls to the room and was assured there was no charge. The credit card
company immediately caught the unauthorized charge of 21.00 for a 20 minuite
received call and put a block on the card. A certain amount of trust is assumed
by the Travelodge name but that trust was broken here. The fact that the credit
card company instantly recognized the deception speaks volumes about this hotel
and the brands integrity. Booked on Priceline for a cheap rate and got what I
paid for.

I found the staff to be extremely helpful and understood what I needed as I was
mid journey. Extremely good value for money.

My partner and I stayed in an executive suite. Nice spacious rooms. Quiet. Beds
were comfortable, rooms clean. Great deal. Only draw back, check-in can take
some time if you're in behind a tour bus!

I usually have early morning flights and I was happy to find a reasonable hotel
with free airport shuttle service. I was also pleased to see that there weren't
any problems with wifi this time round. Restaurant in the building is a plus and
I was upgraded to an executive suite... which of course I LOVED! Yes, the place
needs a a financial injection to upgrade a few things (the shuttle stalled 6
times on the way to the airport), but I'll be going back.

I stayed at the hotel for 8 days in August, when I came to Ottawa I was bitten
by this bugs. Now I tried to do kill them and nothing works. The hotel must get
responsibility for this.
