Stayed here for one night. Very close to airport. Good area. Great Irish Pub
across the street. Very friendly and helpful staff, particularly the shuttle.
Good value for the stay.

The parkade was small and difficult to park in. I had to go find staff as there
was no one at the desk when I approached it on 2 different occasions and there
were problems with the room key cards. Friendly and quiet with a nice small park
behind the hotel, so ask for a room at the back! Breakfast included and the same
with the airport transport.

The bedroom was good value for money.
Management most reluctant to give change of room when toilet failed - suggested
using washroom in lobby. After much pressure finally gave us another room in
spite of previous statement that hotel was full.

This hotel was excellent, considering the price. Polite reception staff and
helpful breakfast staff. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. The train
station is only 2 blocks away. Expedia states that the rate includes an airport
shuttle but forgets to mention that it stops at 9:30 pm. Thus, I had to pay an
extra $15 for a cab.

Stayed here because my flight got cancelled. It did the job and was close to a
mall but you are looking at eating Asian only. It is packed with Chinese
restaurants around. The staff was great and Betty was very friendly and helpful.
