Eileen who made our reservation was great. She helped us get the right
kind of accommodations that would make us the most comfortable. The desk
clerks on every shift were friendly and each one went the extra mile to
serve us. The wait staff in Tivoli's Restaurant were phenomenal -
cheerful, friendly, and efficient in taking our orders and getting us
going. The managers even helped serve and bus tables- anything to make
our event as pleasant and smooth running as could be. Anthony, Meg,
Eileen, Alex, Tatiana, Anita, and all staff were top of the chart for
customer service and satisfaction
The only negative was that, while internet service was free in the room,
wireless internet was only available in a few locations in the hotel.
Our stay was comfortable and we were well cared for.

Have stayed here twice in the last year and always had good service,
nice clean and comfortable rooms and enjoyed the location. Richmond
Mall, restaurants, and shopping all close at hand. We will be back.

OK, not to make this Eileen's personal Web page but I completely agree
with the other comments.
She is, by far, the best front desk person I have ever known in 30 years
of extensive travel - business and pleasure.
Our last stay, the Pay TV signal was poor - she gave us a complimentary
breakfast and made sure the TV was fixed the next day!
I can't speak for the hotel rooms but the suites are clean and modern.
Very good value and I will be coming back.

Do not recommend this hotel. Staff gave poor service, w/exception to the
actual room, which was clean. The whole place is in need of a makeover!
Enjoyed the morning shuttle driver @ 6am!
