I reserved a non-smoker room and got to sleep in a room that smelled like
someone was smoking in my face. Had trouble sleeping and got up nauseated. The
funy thing is that at the front desk they gave a ticket that said that a $300
fee (to deodorize the room) would be charged for smoking in the room????

Recently stayed at the Accent Inn Vancouver Airport, and it was fantastic. We
had a great rate, and in terms of value, you really can't do any better. The
room was larger than I expected, we had a king bed...the location was great for
us. Very impressed.

I've stayed here 2 or 3 times now, always using it the night before an
international flight out of YVR. It is not an exciting place, but the wi-fi has
always worked very well in the room, and I like that there are a few dining
options nearby. The IHOP works for breakfast, or you can stroll up to the
Sandman Signature for Denny's. There's a great bar and grill across the big road
at the Holiday inn, and there is Chop Steak House at Sandman Signature, and
Moxies at the regular Sandman. You can see these hotels from the Accent Inn.
The shuttle is typical for airport shuttles. I often feel that I am waiting too
long, since other hotel shuttles come and go twice sometimes while I am waiting,
but it is certainly better than paying for a taxi.
Only once did I have a small problem with a lack of cleaning in the bathroom
area, but the guy on the front desk seemed genuinely interested in hearing my
comments on the matter.
You do not want to go here for the hot tub, the exercise room, or for any degree
of luxury, but it works for one night.

This is my preferred YVR stop over for budget business travel. I appreciate
their effort to be green and the friendly service. My only frustration is the
unreliable (yet free!) wifi. If they could only fix this, I'd gladly recommend
the place.

We were going to have just a night in Vancouver before leaving for Edmonton;
therefore we picked this motel that close to the airport. The motel provides
free shuttle services from Airport to motel return. However we have to call them
for pick up. It took about 5 minute’s car ride to reach the hotel.
The bedroom was huge and clean, we were given 2 comfortable queen beds even
though we didn’t really need 2 beds.
There was a TV, closet, working desk and chair in this spacious room. I love the
free high speed wifi they provided!
Bathroom was clean and spacious with enough amenities.
Although there is no onsite restaurant but there is an IHOP right next to the
motel, therefore breakfast is not a problem. There were also a few restaurants
opposite the motel.
Overall are good and we be back again!
