No complaints at all. Airport shuttle was on time, quick and painless.
Free WiFi which was an added bonus.
Hot breakfast was good, and it opened at 6a.m. which was great. We saw people
leaving earlier, and the hotel had packed them breakfast to go. How's that for
service?
I'd definitely stay here again

Stayed here two nights - one before our trip to Mexico and one night on our
return. Excellent communications, both online (they even re-confirm by email a
few days before your expected arrival) and face-to-face (all staff very friendly
and helpful). Both check ins went very smooth. The fly-and-park parking area is
fenced and they have all night security guards as well. Shuttle was ontime and
the driver was courteous and helpful.

Both rooms we stayed in were very clean and well appointed. Had a bit of road
noise during morning rush hour when we stayed in one of the front (south) rooms
but the room facing the north was very quiet. Breakfast on both occasions was
excellent with lots of selection - even at 6am. The food area was kept clean and
well stocked and the lobby eating area was also clean.

We were staying for the Grey Cup and were leery about the location and quality
we should expect. No reason to worry: our check-in was smooth and friendly, we
got a good price and even changed rooms twice with no problems or trouble of any
sort. The breakfast was good quality and the coffee, unusual for a breakfast
room in a B & B situation, was quite good.
The only problems we encountered related to some weird convolutions in their
ventilation system, whereby cigarette smoke kept wafting through our bathroom
vent from a room of smokers (fined by the hotel, we were told) beneath our room.
As well, some sort of local accident down the block briefly knocked out our
electricity but this was all rectified as quickly as they could get it done and
it wasn't a major difficulty. Otherwise, the room was dandy. Oh, and the
skytrain is not far away.

Did an overnight between LA and YEG on a Saturday night. Called for shuttle from
the airport, was there as promised( in 15 min). Reno's in hotel not a factor.
Check in and check out was fine. Breakfast was hot and ready by 6 am.
Room and bed was warm and comfortable.
Would have rated higher but the reason for the stay was to get a good night's
sleep which did not happen. 2 calls to the front desk, at 12 midnight and 1:25am
did not solve the noise issue coming from guests next door. |
