Great service, clean rooms but for those few of us who enjoy a firm mattress,
this is not the place to stay. The beds are extremely soft, almost like sleeping
on layers of down filled quilts without a box spring. Laying down on the
mattress, the whole bed sinks around your body. Rolling over or sleeping on your
side is almost impossible! My fellow travellers enjoyed the beds, loved the idea
of being cocooned by the mattresses. But of the three nights I had pre-payed to
stayed there, my best sleep was in the dining chair in the room! So, if you like
a firm or extra firm mattress, these are not the beds for you! As a side note, I
also prefer to not hear dogs barking in adjoining rooms. This hotel does allow
dogs in the rooms.

We stayed at the hotel for one night before taking our flight back to the UK.
The room was spacious and very quiet, with a very comfortable bed. Tea and
coffee making facilities were much appreciated after our long day of travelling.
Good room service provided. Although the room was clean the 'corners' were not
and there was dust/dirt that had been missed, especially on the vanity unit in
the bathroom. Very disappointed by the standard of equipment in the gym. All
cardio equipment needed servicing or replacing. We were looking forward to using
the gym to shed a few pounds before returning to th UK.

Beautiful hotel. Comfy
Rooms. Nice
Bathroom with soaker tub. Great sized balcony. Close to shark club, Denny's ihOp
and chop. Love this
Hotel. Very clean and nice helpful staff. Great updates to the hotel and rooms.

Stayed here for a meeting next day. Room was spacious (18th floor) and clean.
Sharks Club had great food and the internet speed was surprising.
Did not try the pool but saw lots of people enjoying it.

I thought it would be prudent to say how happy we were with our 2 weeks holiday
in Vancouver where we stayed at the Sandman Signature Hotel in Richmond
Vancouver.
I want to state that the Staff and Hotel management were outstanding in their
service delivery, manners and genuine interest in any concerns, issues or
general enquiries that i made at the reception area.
The Hotel is very nice and we were offered a discounted Suite for our family and
it was very nice and suited our requirements perfectly!
I think its important to mention again how excellent I found the reception staff
and in particular, Jesse and the other girls who ALWAYS smiled before asking if
they could help?
Well done, you are a credit to the Hotel and of course, the Management of the
Hotel.
