I have stayed in this basic hotel 6 times in 2011 using standard rooms and king
rooms. The hotel is very clean and reasonably priced, especially for Richmond,
BC. The hotel offers a basic, but adequate, breakfast in the mornings. It is a
self-served breakfast but is well staffed as they keep it very clean and tidy.
The staff are also there to help out when folks cannot figure out how to use the
waffle maker. I have used the shuttle service a couple of times with prompt
transportation to, or from, the airport. The hotel also has secure underground
FREE parking and a computer in the front lobby for customer use. The rooms have
a small refrigerator and a coffee machine in them. There is coffee and tea
available all day in the breakfast area. The hotel is right beside Minoru Park
and this is a real bonus. Just a few steps out the back door of the hotel and
you can enjoy this wonderful park with its ducks, geese, squirrels, rabbits and
beautiful gardens. The Mad Greek restaurant is less than 1/2 a block from the
hotel and the Foggy Dew pub is across the street. We have enjoyed these places
several times. Richmond Center is a comfortable walk away. If you are not
searching for a "posh" over-serviced and overpriced place to stay in Richmond
then people should be looking here. Based on the amenities available, reasonable
pricing and location, this is a real gem.

$130 for one night. Got a room on the first floor above the underground garage
door. Not worth the price. The breakfast was your standard continental. Other
than that service was ok and room was clean but for that rate you can get a much
better star hotel.

I stayed in this Hotel for waiting for a plane then next morning from the
Vancouver International Airport. It was a great location, being close to both
the airport and easy walking distance to the Canada Line (about a 10 minute walk
followed by a 20 minute or so ride on the Canada Line and you're right in
downtown Vancouver. It is also a clean, modern, fairly new Hotel. Also very
friendly, good service. They also offer a free Airport Shuttle. I never had it,
but they have a free Buffet style breakfast as well. If I'm in Vancouver and
need a place to stay, I'll definitely be back.

Rooms big and clean. Fridge in room. Ask for room facing back - there is a park
behind the hotel - much quieter. Breakfast included: quality was average,
nothing special. Stayed at Ramada next door, who has smaller rooms and very bad
breakfast; this place was much better.
Breakfast could be better - more fresh fruit - not canned fruit.

We loved our stay.....excellent location, friendly staff, immaculate rooms and
great continental breakfast! Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

i thought my total bill was 109.00 but they said I still had to pay taxes and I
was surprised. otherwise very good.
