I don't really have any complaints about this hotel. Very clean and
quiet and worth the money. Will definitely stay here again next time I
am in Richmond.

Stayed in a Signature Club room one night while attending a company
party held in the hotel. Bedding clean and comfortable, the room was
quiet even though we were directly across the hall from the Club Lounge.
Views of the airport and river, depending on which side of the hotel you
are on. Hotel looking a bit dated but otherwise everything was fine.
Nice perk was the hor d'oeuvres served in the Club Lounge before dinner,
but the continental breakfast left a bit to be desired (temperamental
coffee machine and no hot foods other than toasted breads). Lots of pay
parking, a bit quirky to find with all the intersecting highways nearby.
Second time here for a company party and the buffet served in the
banquet room both times was excellent.

They treat you like family beginning with the bellhop, reception and the
breakfast staff. It has become my home away from home because of how I'm
treated here. It is a hidden gem located next to the Vancouver airport
and within easy reach of downtown or the lower mainland. I highly
recommend this hotel for any business traveller.

I am a regular at this hotel, being a Commuter and working in the
Airport Vicinity.
Staff are always welcoming without being intrusive. Check in and out is
speedy. Rooms spotless and since the recent upgrades quite comfortable.
Prices are great, along with the breakfast and welcome snacks which are
free to regulars.
Pool is really warm , even in the late Summer
Pier 73 Restaurant attached is generally busy and with a beautiful River
View makes a nice evening in a relaxed setting. Food is varied with
something for everyone's taste, including my Son's new girlfriend (who
is not the easiest to please in terms of food preferences)
Highly recommend the Delta Airport in Vancouver.
Make it your place to stay when visiting.

We stayed at the Delta the night before we left on a cruise and the
night after. This hotel is a good stay if you need something near the
airport. It is expensive but so is everything else half decent in
Vancouver. Our room was just a room, nothing special. It looked over the
front entrance.. On our return trip we had a room one floor down. The
door stuck badly and we later discovered the the dead bolt did not work
at all. It looked very clean except for the dust on the coffee maker and
modem. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. It was
almost soundproof. We hardly heard any aircraft considering how close we
were to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We took
the shuttle from the airport and then back to the airport. The driver
was very helpful in directing us to the proper places. We had 2 suppers,
2 breakfasts and 1 lunch in the hotel. The food was plentiful and very
tasty but compared to Winnipeg prices expensive, I cringed at paying
over $8. for and egg salad sandwich from the coffee shop. The breakfasts
cost us almost as much as our suppers but I have to admit the food was
excellent and lots of it. We learned too late that a shuttle could of
taken us to a nearby mall. Because we now know this hotel we would
probably stay there again. |
