I was very impressed with this hotel, helpful people, friendly and smiling. Also
easy to talk with and informative. I was especially impressed with Sheila at the
front desk, she put a smile on my face and was very easy going. I have stayed at
many hotels over the years and the staff here, were awesome. I will be back
soon.

This is a great cheap stay - we bid through price line and got the hotel for
$60. Its very basic Hotel 8 in design- two beds with the washroom at the end of
the room and two very small leisure chairs but is clean and quiet - ask for a
back room away from the highway. It really was very convenient - to get to and
from the airport and Richmond. No frills but worth the price - clean and the
staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed again at this property while in Vancouver for business. The front desk
were very friendly and I loved the free hot chocolate and cookies in the
evening. The exterior has been re-done and it looks great. Rooms were very clean
and spacious! The shuttle will also drop you off at the closest skytrain station
so it was a quick commute to downtown. Great Place!

Had an excellent stay in September 2011. The rooms were large and clean. Even
though its motel style (doors on the outside), the rooms were a step above
motels and were 3* hotel quality. Beds were soft not lumpy. The pool and the
exercise room (just three machines) are very small though. The location was safe
- and a great Indian bakery/buffet restaurant nearby (Himalaya). Access to
downtown Vancouver via skytrain was easy. The staff went out of our way to make
sure our stay went well.

The people here went above and beyond! We are a field hockey team from the south
Okanagan, We lost our school last week in a tragic fire and upon arriving here
today we were greeted with A banner placed in our coaches room that had many
supportive and uplifting messages on it. Wishing us the best of luck in our
tournament, and to stay strong. It was a really nice and outgoing gesture we
really really appreciated it.
