Hotel looks dated but kept up very well. Elevators are slow and can take up to
10 seconds to open. Once you get into the room, everything is in pretty good
shape. Rooms are spacious and are all suites. First room I had, was non-smoking
but the bathroom fan told me otherwise (someone sneaked several) but second room
was much better. You can hear airplanes approach between 11pm - 1am. Overall,
pretty decent for the price.

04-Nov-2011: My wife and I stayed at the Hilton Vancouver-Airport to attend a
wedding reception. Even before the day of arrival, I already made queries as to
the possibility of an early check-in. I received prmpt replies to all my
queries. It was an early morning flight from Calgary and arriving in Vancouver
International airport, I called up the hotel and inquired on the shuttle bus to
take us to the hotel, as well as the early check-in. The phone operator, as well
as the shuttle bus driver were very courteous and helpful. Checking-in was as
smooth as can be expected at the Hilton. Guest security is at once evident in
the elevator, and of course room access. The room was clean and smelled fresh.
Room service was prompt. The breakfast selection was very good with several
choices, and staff attended to the guests very well. Checking-out was uneventful
and once again, staff made it a point to attend to details. Certainly, the next
trip to Vancouver will be booked at Hilton Vancouver-Airport.

My husband and I have stayed at The Hilton Airport in Richmond many times. The
rooms are lovely and clean and the location is super...especially if you're a
shopper. The Richmond City Mall is kitty corner to the hotel..and the shopping
is fabulous. There are good restaurants near by and in the hotel BUT the best
thing about the Hilton is the STAFF. These people just cannot do enough for you.
There is a shuttle to the airport and the airport is about 10 min. away. In all

Arrived late evening and had to wait a bit for the air port shuttle. Check in
was smooth. The rooms are lovely. A great breakfast buffet with a lot of variety
and excellent quality food. The conference food was fine. My only complaint was
that wifi was not free in the room. A great view of the city and mountains from
the large window. would definitely recommend to travellers

I have stayed at this hotel frequently on business. The staff is very
accommodating. The rooms are clean, the location is excellent, George in the bar
will take car of all your libation needs. I particularly like the buffet
breakfast in the morning, it is superior to most. USA Today is always available.

The hotel is located in central Richmond near a Canada Line Sky Train station
and a short shuttle bus ride from Vancouver Airport. I had a spacious one
bedroom suite with a great view of the sunrise and a shopping area. The hotel
has a fitness centre, a business centre, as well as an outdoor pool. The staff
was friendly and efficient. The area has a variety of restaurants and two
shopping centres. Mandarin and Cantonese are widely spoken and many shops cater
to the large Chinese population. A short walk will take one to one of two Sky
Train Stations which will cheaply and efficiently take one either to the airport
or into downtown Vancouver. Of course, try to avoid rush hours. The corner suite
