| The Pourhouse, a relatively new gastropub in the Gastown neighborhood, has a
beautiful long bar and a great, triangular table that overlooks the restaurant's
open kitchen. You'll find lots of local ingredients and gruff, serious
preparations of same: liver pate, for instance, that would be good simply spread
across a hunk of bread and eaten with raw onions and a glass of milk. |
