A Vancouver legend for over 28 years, A Kettle of Fish is famous for its
"always fresh fish " and greenery filled space. Whether a west coast catch or
something delectable from oceans of the world, each dish is carefully prepared
to enhance the flavor only freshness can bring.
From its opening day in 1979, "the Kettle" as it's affectionately known to
Vancouverites, has been one of Canada's most acclaimed seafood restaurants.
For dinner, or a special occasion, a kettle of fish is a lovely setting: with
warm colours, lots of greenery and a vast skylight which continually bathes the
dining room in sunshine and starlight.
