Pinkys
is an urban twist on the classic steak house with a menu built around the
highest quality, Sterling Silver Beef, accessorized with a few focused,
signature “non steak” entrees, snappy starters and yummy desserts.Executive
Chef Frank Lu has put together a fairly template steakhouse menu. Think
Dungeness crab cakes, coconut crusted prawns, or house-smoked salmon. And don’t
forget your veggie sides. Add a spinach salad with sautéed mushrooms or perhaps
the tomato and yellow beet salad to your carnivorous main. This place is about
decadence, not malnutrition.
At Pinkys the wine program is red heavy with a large selection of value bottles
along side some of the industries heaviest hitters. Oversized classic martinis
are our signature cocktail.
Pinkys is open seven days for dinner and Friday afternoons for lunch. Whether
it’s dinner for two, Friday martini lunches or an after work gathering spot,
nostalgic tunes and relaxed professional service create a warm, comfortable
