| With wonders like the Capilano
Suspension Bridge, the world’s highest and longest suspension footbridge,
230 feet high and 450 feet long, Vancouver is a sight to be seen. Blade, bike or
stroll the 8.8 km seawall surrounding the rolling, lush 1,000 acres of
Stanley
Park. Bask in the sun at Kitsilano Beach or sip a martini in trendy
Yaletown. |

The Lookout Vancouver, one block from the

attractions. Tim Horton's 1/2 block, Starbucks across the street
A couple blocks up the Hotel is close to
Pacific
Centre Mall which has
over 200 stores and services stretching over three city blocks both
above and underground. A great place to shop and escape on a rainy day.
It connects with
Vancouver Centre Mall and
major stores Sears and the Bay as well as entrances to
Robson and
Granville street shopping .
We went to a hockey game on one night and the
stadium was just 5 mins away on the SkyTrain.
For breakfast, we liked the Caffe Artigiano, a short walk down
Hastings Street. For dinner, the Salt Tasting Room, located in an alley in
Gastown, is great fun.
The

Downtown Vancouver and only
a few blocks from
Canada Place, the
Convention Center or
the Cruise Ship
