We chose this hotel for the location and we were very pleased with our choice.
Our king size room, complete with internet service, mini fridge and microwave
was spacious and very clean. It was very quiet even though facing a main
thoroughfare. Breakfast in the restaurant was enjoyable and the lounge was very
cozy and relaxing. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We would
definitely stay at this hotel again.

My wife and I checked into this hotel with another family, after we had a family
function at Swan-E Set Resort & Country Club. We were impressed by this small
suburban hotel.
Our rooms were very clean, spacious, cozy, and comfortable. The staffs were very
friendly and helpful. When decided not to eat in the hotel restaurant, they
recommended and reserved the seats for us at the Earl's restaurant which was one
block across street from the hotel. We did not use their lobby lounge, but it
looked like an intimate place. A surprise finding and we had a very nice stay.

We stayed at this hotel for a friend's wedding at Westwood Plateau Golf &
country Club.
The staff were very pleasant. It's really clean and you feel you at home in your
room. We had a room with a King Sized Bed; a large room with a very comfortable
large bed. Down side was our room was facing the highway. When I checked my
e-mail, the internet connection was excellent. In the morning we called in the
room service for breakfast, the price was very reasonable and the quality was
good.
Overall we had an enjoyable stay.

This was my third stay at Poco Inn & Suites Hotel, because it's convenient
location for my business. The staff were nice and accommodating. The rooms are
large and clean. The beds are very comfortable.
As a business traveler, good internet connection is a must for me to stay in any
hotels. In my previous two stays with this hotel, the internet connection was
slow...only workable. But in my most recent stay, I found out that the hotel I
had just changed their internet provider company and had upgraded their internet
systems with the newest technology in March of this year. Now both the wired and
wireless signal in my room were extremely fast and strong...the best internet
connection I've ever used in a hotel.

While no longer a Best Western, it is a very nice hotel. In the new part of the
hotel the rooms are bright and clean. The attached bar is reasonably priced, and
the restaurant while not fancy has good food. Next door is a Tim Horton's for
your coffee fix. Only complaint is the WiFi / High Speed internet seems a bit
flaky and difficult to stay connected on when sending email or trying to
download a file.

Rate was reasonable but found out why in the morning when we went to make coffee
in the supplied coffee maker.
the coffee pot had not been tended to in at least two weeks, the mold and fungus
inside was disgusting.
It was brought to the front desks attention who replaced it wit a "not so dirty"
one. Which i hand washed in the suite before using.
I contacted the Front Office Manager on the following Tuesday, as he had not
returned my request for a call. He informed me that it is the guests
responsibility to check the room for cleanliness, end of story!!!!
Stayed at Executive Inn Coquitlam the next night...SUPERB!

The good news a large suite with a good bed.
The bad news, on a long weekend, the prices are higher and there are no
discounts applied. Cleanliness was fair. Room to room noise is a problem. An
all- female bridal booze-up on the upper floor wasn't great either. The internet
connection is very poor despite being provided with a pass code from the front

I've stayed at PoCo Inn & Suites for the last 8 years on my business trip to
Vancouver. Formerly a Best Western Hotel, now it has been upgraded with upscale
facilities.
I love the small boutique feel this hotel has. Tastefully appointed rooms with
very friendly staff. Little lounge just off the lobby - a very happening place
in the evening.
The hotel rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable.
This hotel is located very close to where I am doing business in Vancouver area
and it is the closest hotel to Coquitlam Centre Shopping Mall. When my wife
travel with me to Vancouver, it is very convenient for her to go to shopping
while I am at work.
I like their free high speed internet service. You can get both wired and
wireless internet access. I found the wired to be much faster.
A very nice place to stay - I will be back whenever I travel to Vancouver.

The hotel overall is clean and OK, but I travel for business and need to check
email, etc. at night. I stayed here previously and the connection was spotty to
horrible, as it was with my co-worker in another room in another part of the
hotel. This week, my first night, the connection kept fading out, and last
night, I could not get a signal at all. The front desk first said they've never
had a complaint (yeah right) and then while trying it in the lobby, the night
guy told me the connection was down again. |
