2011 - 2012 Winter Season

Below is the regular "scheduled" hours of operation for the Winter Season. Hours do vary and are weather permitting

Opening Day* to Dec 14 - Regular Hours of Operation are 9am to 4pm
*Typically opening day is the first week of December.

Dec 15 to March 25 - Regular
Hours of Operation are 9am to 10pm (Excluding Xmas Eve and Xmas Day 9am to 4pm)

March 26 to Season End* - Regular
Hours of Operation are 10am to 4pm
*Season End is typically mid April.

What's new at Cypress Mountain

From weather forecasts and almanac reports we are now approaching what appears to be a banner year for skiing and riding on Cypress Mountain.

Great news for Night Skiers at Cypress Mountain – Western Canada’s Biggest Night Skiing has gotten bigger and now provides even better value options!

We have added lighting to the new Terrain Park location off the Eagle Express Chair and upgraded lighting in a number of locations on both sides of the mountain – more Night runs and terrain – more Night lifts – more Night activities = the most Night excitement and VALUE on the North Shore!

Getting To Cypress Mountain

By Car - From Downtown Vancouver take the Lions Gate Bridge and follow the signs to Highway One (via Taylor Way). Continue west, take Exit #8 onto Cypress Bowl Rd. Follow this 3 lane, paved highway for 13 kms (8 miles) for Cross Country, Snowshoeing and Snow tubing or 15 kms (9.3 miles) for Downhill.

By Public Transit - Take Skytrain or Bus to Waterfront Skytrain Station, connecting via Seabus to the Cypress Mountain Shuttle Bus at Lonsdale Quay in North Vancouver.

Olympic Events at Cypress Mountain
