Staff from the moment i walked in during the entire stay were nothing but
polite, extremely helpful with restaurant suggestions to solving problems.
The breakfast is definitely a step up from cold continental but not a huge step
up. It will fill you up but nothing to write home about.
The room had hard wired high speed internet. Was a little bit of a pain to
configure my computer. I Would have preferred wireless.
The free gym membership half a block down the street cam in handy as i came in
early the first day.
Easy to reach from the airport via mass transit. One switch in downtown - walked
across the street and then got off a half block form the hotel.

Don't do it.!!!! Have never been in a more disgusting motel.!!! Our room smelled
so awful we had to open windows and doors to air out. When that didn't work we
went to Wal-Mart to buy Febreeze for fabric and air.
We would have left immediately, however were staying with a soccer team that was
arriving later. When the team arrived, we offered our febreeze. The grossest
part was when we were going to bed and moved our pillows to pull back the sheets
there were bugs crawling!!!!
That was it we changed hotels immediately!!! The manager wanted to see the bugs,
once he did he gave us our money back. We moved down the road to the Best
Western which was a million steps up!! Clean, fresh, comfortable!!! Only $10.00
more a night.
The team stayed at the original crap hole motel as they would have trouble
finding 12 rooms on a long weekend. Other parents confirmed they had found bugs
on their last day. A horrifying Experience!!!!

Room and hotel was ok. Standard but ok. Reception staff good, rooms clean,
comfortable and quiet even though it was near the main road. Breakfast was
thrown in though wouldn’t suggest you bothered. Though may have just been the
fellow travellers with us. Scared to get between them and the food. (Maybe
that’s all they were going to eat that day.) Did breakfast elsewhere.

Very modest hotel -- think cinderblocks. Although they confirmed via phone that
parking was available for an SUV towing an enclosed trailer, there was not.
Rather, I was directed to park off property under the neighborhood watch sign.
When I moved down the road to a hotel that had onsite parking, North Vancouver
Hotel refused to allow me to cancel my reservation. They cited their 24 hour
cancellation policy. Be aware. There are much nicer properties nearby.

This is a motel with a decent location beside a major road in North Vancouver,
BC. It is what it is - an older property, fairly decent. Windows don't open, but
it's a quiet enough place frequented by tourists mostly. The breakfast room is
overcrowded - it's too small!
