We have stayed her before and loved it. However, we encountered some problems
the second time and it was there lack of response that was unacceptable. DO NOT
stay here. They do not care about their reputation or the well being of their
guests.

Staff were helpful and responsive. I was glad that cleaning staff did not keep
re-arranging my stuff each day. The room was clean and neat. I enjoyed the party
in the lobby and free wine and appys.

My wife and I spent our 11th anniversary night at this hotel and it went beyond
our expectations! Everything from the friendly front desk to the wonderful room
with the king sized bed overlooking the wonderful Fraser River to the small
details such as the toiletries in the room. I travel extensively for my work and
have stayed at 5 star hotels This one matches any of those hotels for service
and detail.
Kathy Mackerricher and her team do a great job!! Kudos!!
We highly recommend the hotel!

I stayed here with a girlfriend for 2 nights on the weekend. I booked online in
advance and paid $119/night. The location is great, the room was very clean,
staff were friendly and there were lots of little extras. The mini bar in the
room was very reasonably priced. The only things I didn't like was the poor
lighting in the bathroom and lack of a mirror near natural light for doing
make-up; also there was only one bedside table next to the king bed which was a
bit inconvenient.
Overall I was very happy with our stay and plan on returning.

My girlfriend and I stayed for 3 nights in July 2011. The hotel is very nice and
has modern decor. It is well situated to the Sky-Train (2-3 blocks) which will
get you into downtown Vancouver in approx 30 mins. There are also a number of
restaurants close by. The only downside is driving to the hotel. In the evening
it can be a little difficult to find (especially without a GPS).
Overall the staff was very nice and I really don't have anything bad to say
about the hotel. I was able to get a great deal on this hotel at only $90/night
including taxes!!!.

The room was quiet and had a great view of the river. Beds were comfortable.
Their is a boardwalk along the river that is nice to walk along. Their is major
construction going on in the area, we couldn't hear it, but we had to walk quite
a ways out of our way to get around it to get to streets we needed to, it would
have been nice to have been told about the construction before we booked. it was
a easy walk to the skytrain to take to Vancouver. |
