Versailles Ballroom
The largest facility is the elegantly decorated Le Versailles Ballroom with its magnificent crystal chandeliers and damask fabric walls. Located on the second floor, Le Versailles can host up to 400 people for receptions and 280 people for banquets and can be divided into two smaller break-out rooms. Five other well-appointed rooms on this level, named after famous wine chateaux, provide the flexibility required for a variety of functions (Chateau Mouton Rothschild, Chateau Lafite, Chateau Belair, Chateau Margaux and Chateau Olivier).
Salon Degas & Salon Lautrec
There are five individually designed and decorated executive conference rooms on the third floor, all fully-equipped and bathed in natural sunlight. Identified by brass plaques "signed" by renowned impressionists - Monet, Degas, Cezanne, Renoir and Lautrec - these rooms can accommodate up to 50 people and are the ideal setting for social events, business meetings and small corporate group functions.
Salon Pommard & Chambertin Lounge
Named after the famous Burgundy region of France, Salon Pommard is located on the lobby level of the adjoining travel apartment complex, La Grande Résidence. Salon Pommard can host up to 180 for receptions. The Chambertin Lounge, overlooking the pool and outdoor sun deck, is yet another option for informal get-togethers and social affairs.
All conference facilities feature individual light and temperature control and are adaptable to various styles - theatre, classroom, U-shape, boardroom, hollow square, reception and banquet (with the exception of Monet, Degas, and Pol Roger I, which are best suited for smaller groups requiring boardroom or theatre configurations).
