The Pacific Palisades Hotel, located in downtown Vancouver offers a selection of unique spaces. From smaller brainstorming sessions and meetings, to medium sized banquets and conferences or a private dining room, our facilities and friendly staff will make your Vancouver event a memorable one.
Six banquet and meeting rooms feature over 6216 square feet including 1592 square feet of prefunction space that can be completely customized to accommodate your event. Inquire about our Signature Meeting packages. Our favourite is “Fun Worship”!
Our meeting space includes the 2142 square foot Mambo ballroom with two walls of windows that can be divided into two separate rooms and accommodates up to 250 guests. Four other meeting spaces including the Art & Soul Gallery comfortably accommodate 15 to 80 guest and a variety of events. All rooms showcase large windows that let in natural light and wireless high-speed internet access.
Mambo Ballroom
Perfect for elegant events the Mambo ballroom can accommodate a meeting for up to 250 attendees or an elegant dinner for up to 150 guests. This room has floor to ceiling windows with plenty of natural light and two built in screens.
Samba Room
Half of the Mambo Ballroom showcasing three floor to ceiling windows, a built in screen and blackout curtains offer the perfect venue for meetings and presentations.
Tango Room
The other half of our Ballroom with a floor to ceiling windows features a built in screen and whiteboard. Access to the street allows for easy access for setup and takedown.
Flamenco Room
A large bay window allows natural light in for an intimate event in this elegant room. This flexible room is great for either day or evening functions and includes a built in screen.
Calypso Suite
Our premier banquet room features two large bay windows and French doors. This room’s private foyer accesses the outdoor courtyard for a garden stroll and a breath of fresh air. Elegant décor and unique structure offer flexibility for meetings, receptions and dinner functions.
Merengue Room
A beautiful stained glass window is the focal point of this room. This is a truly flexible room, perfect for small meetings or a breakout room.
Rumba Room
Leather chairs and a permanent boardroom table are a perfect fit for any small meeting or private dining experience for up to 18 people.
Art & Soul Gallery
Art adorns the walls of this great space. It’s a perfect spot for receptions.
