Hotel Review of the Coast Hotel Langley

The lady at the front desk was not friendly, but she was civil (barely). She was
there for our check-in and check out and her demeanor was the same. We travel a
few times a year and usually always get friendly staff. The housecleaner we ran
into on the 5th floor was friendly. When the front desk clerk asked how our stay
was I told her that I had requested a quiet room and it was vey noisy. She then
told me that Room 510 was on the quieter side of the building. Yikes! I also
told her about the broken bathroom plug, loose outlet and stained, dirty ottoman
and carpet. I did say that the bathroom was very clean and the bed was great.
She apologized for the dirty room, etc.. If I was on a longer stay I would have
asked for another room but it wasn't worth it for the short time period. All in
all, I was not impressed with this hotel or the service. I chose it because I
thought it would be the best of what Langley had to offer and the beds were
comfortable.

This hotel was clean and the staff was very pleasant. The restaurant was good
and having a casino right there was good as well. I would recommend this hotel
to others.

I had very brief stay but it was all good from the attentive staff through the
cleanliness of the rooms to the comfort of the bed. Since my stay was so short I
didn't get a chance to fully explore the features of the hotel. I did see the
inside of a great ballroom that is very tastefully decorated and
state-of-the-art equipped from a technical perspective. Business travelers would
be wise to take note of their central location and well-equipped rooms: large
desk, wifi and lots of plug-ins. There is a casino attached to this complex but
the well-designed layout means pedestrian traffic from the hotel and the casino
rarely cross paths. Unless you want to!

clean, comfortable rooms. wide public areas, so you feel really good.
but most is the incredible true kindness of the front office and room service
and super efficiency... haven't found none that doesn't make justice!
so highly recommend for those who we travel with pets, teens!!
the access to Vancouver is easy and few minutes from the beauty of Fort Langley!

The bed was so comfortable! The bathroom was not as clean as it could have been.
there was spots on the counter and the toilet has leftover cleaner on it. The
front desk clerk (I checked in at like 8pm) was very nice but she had no idea
where anything was and was not very helpful in finding us a place to eat in
Langley at around 10pm... Also there was loud sounds coming from the pipes in
the closet and the desk clerk in the am (MAR 9) told us that must have been our
wake up call. Was not too pleased. Just wanted to sleep in. It was 5am! Anyways

the staff were so friendly and helpful, had a awesome sleep, the bed was so
comfortable, went to see a show, did a little gambling, the buffet was so good,
i even had seconds in which i don't normally do, i will surely come back again

I recently had booked an event in Langley and decided to stay at the Coast as
the meeting had the potential to go late. I checked in went to my meeting and
then came back to the hotel around midnight. Upon sliding into bed I was amazed
at how comfortable the bed was. I immediately fell asleep and probably had the
best night's sleep I'd had in months.
The breakfast delivery was a great touch the next morning and really set me on a
great start to my day. I highly recommend the Coast if you need a place to stay
in Langley!

It's was the third time I stayed at this hotel and I found that this stay was
the best of them all. My room was comfortable, clean and in a very good
location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the
free internet service. Wished other hotels would provide such service. I'll
definitely return.

new and comfortable hotel is in the heart of downtown Langley. All staff very
helpful. Christmas Day buffet excellent. easy access to the new Cascades Casino
Our rooms was a suites and included free local phone calls, high speed internet
and free parking. We ate breakfast at the Lobby Cafe it was very good. We will
return next year to visit our family and stay here again

My wife and I stayed at the Coast Hotel in Langley while attending the Winter
Games in nearby Vancouver. The hotel was by far cheaper then anything in
Vancouver, still $200 a night was a huge value for that time. Staff was super
friendly and helpful recommending bus routes, and dining in the area. Overall
the city of Langley is beautiful, clean and friendly to everyone. We can't wait
to revisit Vancouver and stop in at Langley as well. Coast Hotel made our week a
memory to last forever!

Small room but if you're in Vancouver you're not there to be lame and hang out
in your hotel. All the usual--good maid service, free newspaper every morning.
Staff is friendly. Location is about an hour from downtown, but it was the
closest I could find for the Olympics. For the value, can't go wrong with this
choice.
